The contact phone number I was given after having booked the rooms was not always manned in the late afternoon. I therefore had to try to call the number several times to change my travel arrangements.

Wonderful location, plentiy of free parking spaces nearby, helpful and friendly staff, Comfortable bed and a bathroom that surpasses any expectations.

It is on a road with some traffic but the building did a good job of keeping the noise out. Seemed a little like the carpet was pretty sun faded, but with a stunning westerly facing lake view that is understandably tough to manage.

The view is unbelievable! Such a pretty lake with a view of the alps to the south. Private beach/lake access was a wonderful surprise.

The location is beautiful, but I was most impressed by the super service I was given. My flight was delayed into Zurich and I called to say there was no way I would make it before reception closed. When I arrived super late, the hotel had kept reception open so that I could check in and when I went to breakfast they had printed a map for me to show me how to drive to my meeting later that day.

beautiful location, access to swim in the Glacier lake. Had dinner at the Restaurant and the food in the evening was excellent.

I found the prices for meals in the restaurant on the expensive side. The meals were excellent and products fresh, but frs. 90 for my evening meal (with shared wine) I found pricy.

The breakfast was copious, good selection for every taste. The room was large and also the bathroom which was very pleasing indeed. The only thing I missed was a fridge (hot weather) and a safe to place valuables.

The hotel is separated from the lake by a busy road. On the terraces from the room and the restaurant the traffic is very close.

Too close to the main road (5 meter from balcony) with dense traffic early in the morning. The Aegeri valley is getting too much population and what used to be a small road is now becoming a mainstream traffic road to Zug. Pricing is Swiss, too much compared with other countries.

Love the view and the direct access to the lake. Rooms are modern and up to date. Staf friendly. Good safe parking.

Everything! The view of the lake and the mountains was sensational. The bed was so comfortable & the room was clean. I left my jacket behind and they contacted me quickly to make a plan to get it back.

when I booked the room it was described with Mountain View but it wasn't faceing the big mountains in front of the the hotel! it was faceing thcar parking !

The value for money is pretty low, to be honest. The room we got for 200CHF/night was a standard conference hotel room while the hotel doesn't position itself to be one. The carpet was pretty rundown and the furniture was what you'd expect from a "functional" hotel, not one that you book for its great views and staying there as a tourist. I'm not complaining about the hotel being too expensive it's more about how little you get for your money. The price for one bottle of water in the restaurant (10CHF) was pretty ridiculous even by Switzerland standards. If you're staying there for a short overnight stay it may be good but other than that I wouldn't recommend it. @Owners: please reinvest some of that money into the renovation of your location. For instance, the carpet hasn't been changed in a while and the breakfast room looks like it's straight out of the 70s.

Very noisy as the hotel is right beside the highway. We couldn't enjoy the balcony and the view because of the road noise. No fridge and no coffee in the room. No air conditioning or ventilation , opening the window is impossible due to the noise. We checkout one day before our plans.

Since the hotel was right in front of the main road, it was a bit noisy but that didn't bother us much because we loved the lake and mountain view from our room.

I chose this place well. Situated on the side of a lake the view did not disappoint. Close to nearby town Great food at the large restaurant and book a terraces seat...you won't be disappointed. Huge room

The pictures don't show the road that goes between then hotel and the lake. This was pretty noisy, especially as the air conditioning did not work so had to keep window open - a real spoiler alas.

Nice location by the lake - with incredible views. Breakfast nice and bar close by.
