Safe was not working but this wasn't a big deal for us. Some hooks to hang jackets near the entrance would be nice to have.

Location superb beside train station. Downtown only a couple minutes walking away. Near hotel there is supermarket where you can get everything you might need. Room impeccably clean and modern. Would definitely consider staying again.

Warm friendly welcome, comfortable bed and a delicious pizza in the restaurant there. There’s an inviting beer garden too. So handy to the railway station and the town is beautiful.

The owners were briliant, basically am waiting for us to get off the train after a long day's travelling and making sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Poschiavo was a great little stop on our family interrail adventure. Molto Grazie!

I wasn't expecting much from the property. I had changed my plans and didn't have time for a full search. It was very good and apart from a little noise at night from the adjacent restaurant, quiet and well appointed. It's not fancy but is very practical and accessible when travelling by train. The city itself is a wonderful place to visit, especially the museums if you have any family connection to the area.

Ideal location next to the train station. We were able to leave our luggage with them until check in time which was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was spacious and clean with satellite channels on the TV and a minibar in the room

I had some issue with their policies which they didn’t mention it before. they tried to convinced me . i understand why they change the policy issue.

Near to Train station nice place. it’s like there family business. All people are nice . All breakfast item they use from local sources. on request the made food for my baby Which I really appreciate. . I will definitely recommend this place for other people.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

The Chalet Stazione provides very comfortable and reasonably priced lodgings and is ideally located for the Bernina Express line (the clue’s in the name!). Our host was very keen for us to know that all of our breakfast was locally sourced!

Not very hospitable. A very cool reception. On request (to save time!), before arriving, I gave all personal details online. On arrival I had to fill them in again on paper. Quite irritating.

Very convenient location right near station. Staff were very obliging allowing us to leave our bags there in the morning for our day trip on the Bernina express. Great breakfast, comfortable beds and great shower. Very friendly staff. We'd recommend this hotel.

Convenient place to stay right by the station in Poschiavo. Simple but well equipped room, everything you need for a short stay. Good breakfast served at the table. The room was in a separate modern building next to the chalet-style pizza restaurant where we ate, tasty food and good value. It’s a few minutes walk in to the centre of Poschiavo with its attractive old buildings.

I would have liked to spend more time in the Valposchiavo, and the Chalet would have been a great point to make a home base.

This place is awesome, for several reasons: it's 15 steps from the train station; the rooms were immaculately clean; the bed was comfortable; the restaurant serves delicious local cuisine as well as pizza; and the breakfast was sublime.

This family run operation is extremely welcoming, friendly, accomodating and efficient. The rooms are a bit spartan but quite satifactory for a short stay. The price for same is outstanding. The dinner at the restaurant was excellent both from a service and quality standpoint.

Staff were very accommodating, and the room was available as soon as we arrived. We had lunch sat in the garden, which was charged direct to the room. Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was simple local foods all prepared and waiting for us at our preselected time. Our bags were stored for us so we could explore the local town before leaving by train late afternoon.

Room was small and stuffy and off a car park, with cars frequently coming and going. The accommodation is less than 50m from the train station. There was train noise but it was quiet from around 10 pm to 6 am when there were no trains

The breakfast was plentiful. I asked for some cooked eggs and they were provided for no extra charge
