The WiFi signal was not very strong except downstairs in the bar/ restaurant area. I ended up using my phone hotspot rather than try to use the hotel WiFi.

The staff were all exceptional. Multi lingual, knowledgeable, friendly and customer focussed. The hotel is traditional looking but with all the modern facilities needed. The lounge area with an honesty bar was wonderful, as was the restaurant open fire in the evening. The breakfast buffet was very good.

Our stay needed to be longer duration.

It is a wonderfully designed boutique hotel with nice outdoor seating areas. Our spotless ground floor room was wonderfully furnished, with a comfortable bed and a large shared outdoor patio area. The bathroom was nicely appointed with refillable soaps, shampoo, and a great shower. The location is in the center of Wengen, a short walk from the train station.

Service of restaurant is rude i'd say. Waitresses always made a fuss on minor things that didn't goes in their ways.

The shuttle is convient and staff is very caring. Reception is kind and responsive too. Room was clean and has a grand view of snow peaks when weather is good. Housekeeping did fine and security is trustful.

Sometimes the samovar, which is such a good idea, was not on. (I had to go some to even find a negative comment.)

Friendly staff... excellent location... a good choice for an elderly person with ramp and elevator and hot tea available all day.

So many cows! Just kidding. We twice had cows come down outside of our balcony and hearing the bells was lovely.

Beautiful building with lots of old timey pictures in the hallway from about 100 years ago. Central location. Seems like a small town but access to everything.

The location is awesome, really close to the station. All the hotel is fantastic: the bedroom is very comfy (with an astonishing view of Jungfrau), the breakfast has so many tasteful options, all the staff is kind. The restaurant of the hotel (if used) is very good.

Terrific location near train station and in the heart of town. The view was the must incredible of my life so be sure to splurge for the Mountain View room. You won’t regret it.

The rooms did not have a kettle in them, which is not uncommon for Swiss hotels, but that would have been nice, and I would have used it regularly. Regardless, the value is excellent, and the view cannot be beat.

The location of this hotel could not possibly be better. The view from the balcony was a 10 - completely unimpeded views of the Alps. I sat on the balcony pretty much every minute I was in my room. I also used the sauna every evening. I enjoyed the breakfast and used the coffee break room every day. The hotel offered pick-up at the train station upon arrival and drop off at the train station upon check out. Even though the hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from the train station, it can be difficult with luggage, so the porter service was very nice. The location and views of this hotel made it worth every penny, and I would return anytime.

I feel like it is a bit expensive for what is offered, I mean the room is very small and we were expecting more from the breakfast. We ordered poché eggs, and they came with a lot of water in the plate.

It was really close to the train station + I had a women issue when we arrived at night and urgently needed a Tampax, the girls from the hotel were really nice to give me one of their own. Forever greatful! The room was cozy and clean, a bit tiny but, with a really nice view of the mountains. The breakfast was ok, nothing special.
