Room was very small for 3 people. Bathroom was very small.

Good location, only a short walk to the tram stop. Room was clean, kitchen facilities were good. Room was quiet. TV had Netflix. We were allowed to check out 1 hour later on day of departure.

Difficult to book a one bed room as they are very few available. Rate should be based on number of occupants instead of beds. I found the beds too small … Bathroom has most of the time a bathtub less practical than a shower tray… just keep in mind in case you have access issue. Unfortunately you can hear some noise coming from rooms next to yours or from the floor above.. fortunately not from outside…

The situation with car parking wasn't communicated well. Also, the German style pillows are always a challenge for those who aren't used to sleeping on them. Other than that, the whole stay was mostly without problems.

Very good price, great location, spotless rooms comfortably sized, well-heated and decently equipped... We had a lovely time here during our winter holiday, and would be happy to come stay here again!

I travel alone, but was given a twin room. One of the two single bed has a pretty bad mattress so I chose a better one.

The flat is in good size, quite close to the opera house and old town, nice area. The staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to a Coop shop which is another bonus.

Easy instructions to access self service key locker and key drop at end of stay. Lots of cafes and bars close. Old town 10-15 minutes walk. Basic yet functional room with 2 single beds.

A lot of constant noise from upstairs tenants like moving furniture and throwing things. A neighbor smoking all the time making impossible to ventilate the room without having smoke inside the room.

No breakfast is offered at this property, this is a room with full kitchen with supermarket right in front so it is very easy to prepare meals at your convenience

Small and basic accommodation in excellent location right in the heart of Seefeld. The room was an older-style one with three singles bed, which means that there wasn't much room to move around inside the room. The kitchenette had everything you would need and there was a small fridge. Helpful and friendly staff.

The rooms were rather small. Good enough for a few days where we were mostly off sightseeing anyway!

The apartments were very convenient, very close to bus and tram, and also just a few blocks from the lake and park. The manager was very helpful. Our rooms were ready early and we had a reserved parking place nearby. We liked that they had utensils, plates, glasses, etc. for one person more than staying in the apartment!

Decent sized apartment for three. Compact but well equipped kitchenette. Close to tram stop with easy access to central Zurich (about 15mins) and a good Coop on the corner for food and supplies.

The property was in a very good location - the supermarket and the tram stop were only a minute away and it was less than five minutes to the lake. It was probably about a twenty minute walk to the city centre. The apartments were clean and the beds comfortable, and it was move to open out into a balcony. The cooking facilities were basic but we were able to make a couple of simple meals.

The mattresses of the beds as well as the pillows were not very comfortable and the umbrella on the balcony needs to be repaired. Otherwise all good.

The location is very good, close to the opera house in Zurich, the important tourist sights of the city, the Stadelhofen train station (approx. 15 min), the botanical garden (approx. 10 min.) and 5 minutes from the lake shore. The apartment is part of a building with several rooms that are managed professionally by discreet but extremely kind people (we had a small problem with the drainage of the shower cabine which was solved quickly and promptly). The room is very well equipped with a small kitchenette that has crockery, cutlery and a microwave oven,ecc.

They need to put blackout blinds or any thicker blind on the windows. The lights from the building across the street fill your room with light all night long.

It was close to a bus stop, which made it very easy to get everywhere.

The stove touch sensor top didn't respond well - and the handyman had the same problem. The electric jug had a crack in the base which leaks water onto the electrical connection in the base - at the times we passed the reception area we could not find anyone to advise the problem to. It's a small apartment, so putting 3 lounge chairs in there was unnecessary and left even less room for us - same for the small balcony. No basic supplies for the kitchen (e.g. salt/pepper, cooking oil, sugar etc.) so plan accordingly.

Even though the lift is small it was definitely a positive compared to lugging luggage up 2 floors. The location is only about 100 meters from the tram line T4 into the city (a few kilometers) and a COOP supermarket for shopping. There was a pedestal fan in the room which helped against the hot weather.
