Hotel is not rustic but old-fashioned, they got stuck in time. I suppose they could incorporate tradition in some modern updates as they are much needed. Furniture looked like it was there since the beginning of 19th century, beds were very hard, bathroom was showing signs of previous occupants, remote for tv didn't work, a sad bottle of water was the only supply provided in the room. Rooms without lake view have no heating, they did provide us with a portable radiator, but the room was still very cold. Breakfast was very basic and not everything was fresh. It is absolutely overpriced.

The view is breathtaking. The hotel is pricey as it is, so I would suggest booking a room with a lake view, because it's the only good thing in this hotel and helps you forget about everything else. The staff was nice and trying to be accommodating.

The room was a bit small, no heating, just an auxiliary heating. No safe box in the room. The shower doors were difficult to close. The walls seems to be very thin because we heard neighbors a lot from the side or from above. The bedding was very hard (I know it depends on people). Even if there were city works in the street, there were not enough parking places, we should park our car at 200m in a public parking (for free). It would be nice to warn before arriving.

The view is awesome. The hotel is well placed along the lake. The staff is welcoming, kind and really helpful. We liked the charmed of the hotel.

The breakfast buffet is very low standard compared to the hotel. The offer is low budget with cheap cheese and cold cuts. We were very unsatisfied. Moreover, both mornings the buffet was half empty. The room is okay but without dark curtains, so take a sleep mask with you.

Unfortunately, for the only two days we were there the shade temperature was 34 degrees centigrade and without any air conditioning the heat became unbearable so we left and went home.

When we arrived the receptionist was very abrupt and told me she couldn't find my booking. When I insisted, she found it in the system but was quite ungracious about it. Rooms were neglected - peeling paint on furniture, lampshades made out of old curtains, rusting balcony rails. Definitely not adequate for the price. The website did not make clear that the restaurant had closed. At night the bar closed at 9pm and downstairs all was in darkness. It feels as if the hotel is dying on its feet. Even though we lost money, we moved to a different hotel as it was too depressing to stay.

The location on the lakefront is wonderful.

Breakfast is very poor. Our daughters bedroom was quite bad. There is no safe, minibar, or A/C in the room. No amenities, nothing. There were barely people at the reception and did not help with anything. At least half of the stuff did not speak English

the beds are horrendous! you can't sleep on those, hard as rock! there is only a vase of the bed and no soft layer. my body got numb the whole night, I woke up every second hour. further more the location is next to some church or similar that bangs every QUARTER! at night it bangs as well and in the morning around 7 goes on for 4 minutes of terrible banging. that's insane! No AC, no teapot.
