The mattress is so soft and not firm enough. There were no Hot water for almost 2 days. The Breakfast re-fill is so slow.

My only disappointment is about the bed. The mattresses were good but the structure itself was flimsy and it seemed like sleeping in wheelbarrow (I'm average height and average weight for a man).

My room was very clean and decently spacious. The hotel sits in front of a minor highway but with windows closed the car noise is minimal. Have not used the restaurant and haven't had any breakfast so I can't comment on those. Hotel staff was very friendly and help me figure out with train routes and tickets.

wellness isn’t part of the hotel no one there to check in and on thr phone quiet unfriendly. no minibar and for drinks and beverages you have to go down to a bar where everyone smokes inside

There is obviously no interesting view due to the location but in the end it is a business hotel.

Modern and clean property with all the all the amenities. Stake Restaurant is amazing and also hosts breakfast which is very rich.

The room was pretty warm. There was no way to make it cooler other than opening the window, which lead quite some mosquitoes into the room.

The room was very spacious, clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was right next door and provided quite some options.

Access to the pool is hard to find. Turns out it is via the (independently operated) health club. Lobby was bland with no character. Some cars also on display in the lobby!

We were a little confused at first because the hotel is part of a larger complex and it all seemed quite disjointed. For example in the lift there are two sets of buttons and if you press the wrong side, you will go to a private company rather than your room! However, once we got to know the place, it turned out to be a really nice hotel, with good quality rooms and very friendly staff. We had a room at the back which had a lovely green outlook and was quiet. The restaurant (which is independently operated) was also very good, with friendly staff and excellent food. Breakfast was also very good.

Breakfast is very disappointing does not worth it at all. You'd rather skip it and take it somewhere else. They offer gym but at CHF 35 for 2 hours. The gym club does not seem aware that the guest of the hotel have a discount. No way to go for a walk around the hotel if you do not want to use your car

Pool not for children, so a big aspect we had been looking forward to our stay not available to us.

Rooms are quite basic. Beds and pillows are a bit too firm (and heavily starched sheets are like cardboard). Should be updated, especially for such a new looking property. No USB plugs. Limited interior power plugs/outlets). Late check-in (unattended front desk) could have been handled MUCH more efficiently. Also disappointed the rate did not include use of any of the spa/wellness facilities. That was a real bummer.

Breakfast is terrific, with eggs to order (if you ask, they don't offer). Very nice lighting features in room.

I recently stayed at the hotel for the second time and both experiences were wonderful. The staff was polite and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!
