Everything! This hotel was amazing. The view is unbeatable, the location is perfect, the room was lovely, the staff were all so polite and friendly and the health spa and pool that you get access to is just incredible for the value. Can’t wait to come back!

This facility is not fully toddler friendly. The locks here (and elsewhere in Switzerland) allow easy egress in the event of a fire. What is much more likely, however, is that a toddler will unlatch the door because they can, and will escape down the hallway. The front desk staff had no solution to this, I cannot imagine we are the first family to have a toddler in the facility. We had to blockade the entry door every night for peace of mind that our child would not escape without our knowing while we slept. Also, the pool did not open until 12 noon, to the disappointment of the children.

Amazing view, and really friendly staff. We had the same server the whole stay, and she went above and beyond to accommodate our breakfast request. The pool is great, though just as the whole city, is swarmed with aspiring influencers.

breakfast can be better and can be offered more variety.

The view of the hotel is superb. and there is infinity pool and spa room within the hotel. They offered champagne during the breakfast session but i think overall the breakfast can be further improved as a 4 star hotel. It is about 7 to 10 minutes walk from station but it is still consider near.

The location is very good, the breakfast is very good, the breakfast facing the mountain view is especially delicious, the front desk service is also very good, the price-performance ratio is very high, I will come again next time

The rooms get stuffy due to having no A/C. The heat seemed to come on in the mornings and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it out. Unsure I would stay here again in the warmer months but would return in cooler times.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we had one issue in our room with the toilet and they ensured it was fixed. The facilities are well maintained and the location can’t be beat. Overall we loved our stay and would return.

A bit sad that the pool only opened at 12 as the only time when it was sunny was in the morning but that was just our bad luck, we still had a great time.

We slept in the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the center about 5 minutes from the train station. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, take care of pick-up and drop-off on the day of arrival and return. The room was spacious, a balcony with a table and chairs, a gorgeous view of the Eiger mountain and the valley. The pool overlooks the landscape and was especially excellent on a snowy day.

Bathroom smelt a bit funky and damp and was very tight. There were a large amount of mosquitoes in the room, not sure why but very annoying.
