Room and bathroom were extremely small. Gladly I had only one backpack, because the luggagge woul barely fit in the room. Bathroom also a bit too small, especially the toilet space where no enough feet space. If you’re taller than 185cm (6’1) I don’t think you can use the toilet.

there's no reception (the person welcomed me was in the bar right next to the entrance. which is kind of the reception) and no one was available early morning. the entrance is right near a bar and many people sit and smoke right on the door, so it feels uncomfortable to pass by and sqeeze myself in the building.

there's an elevator which makes it easy when carrying luggage. the room was very small but had everything you need. a small fridge, coffee machine and tea, hangers for my clothes. the bed was a bit too soft but comfortable.. the shower felt nicely renovated, large enough and had great stream and steaming hot water. i likes the wooden beams and the floor. it felt cozy :) also the location is really good. it's next to the train station, the river and restaurants. I will definitely come back

Check in was a bit difficult as we arrived early in the morning and nobody was there to even be able to drop off our bags so we had to hang in the train station for couple of hours. Lacking power outlets. It was hard to find a suitable place to charge our phones and wish there was a little table there near the couch for when we were drinking or eating.

Great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby and walking distance from main train station where the markets, shops and fast food are located. Room is small but clean and comfortable.

A couple of things easy to change - the plug socket by the bed didn't work, and the kettle had to be moved to the floor to be plugged in, but they're easy to fix. Some kind of blind/curtain on the bathroom window wouldn't be a bad idea too. But honestly, none of the above would put me off.

Good value for the location. The room isn't the most comfortable, and I'd recommend earplugs, but I slept well and it did the job. It was also super clean and had a kettle, fridge etc. Not the Ritz, but a perfectly pleasant place for a night. Plenty of good cafes/restaurants/shops around.

The room was tiny, but clean and the value for money was outstanding given this is in the heart of Zurich. Check in was informal and fast. Good experience overall. I left the window open and starting at 6:30 there are the first deliveries outside. Dring the night it was very quiet, no traffic noise.
