Many of the hotels we have stayed at in Zermatt offer free shuttle to and from the train station. The shuttle here is a cost and quite expensive for multiple people. For the cost of the hotel it seems this should be included.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff there made us feel like home. The details of the service were fabulous, like reserved table for breakfast, personalized recommendations for restaurants and entertainments, happy hours and everything.

Always think that a 4-star needs to have a proper gym, not just a wellness center

The service was 5 star all around… from the second you walk in and how welcomed the whole family is cared for. Everything feels choreographed to make sure all your needs are handled to your expectation. The comprehensive included breakfast service stays open until all the guest have had breakfast.

The cleaning ladies talking loudly at 7.30 Sunday morning. Having to pay for the transportation from and to the train station (in the other hotels we stayed in Zermatt the previous years, the transportation was included)

Nice hôtel, confortable, nice staff. Very central to walk around Zermatt. Nice Breakfast. Didn't use the spa. Nice quiet room with a view on the Matterhorn.

Amazing experience! The staff was kind, and the check-in was different we sat and we had some drinks then a team member came to explain everything, they suggested what we could do in the city and were very friendly. The breakfast was also great, location and comfort. I would say I had a perfect stay. I will come back for sure.

While I did enjoy the hotel's breakfast, I did find the selection to be limited.

The location was great! It was located a little further off the main street, so it was a bit quieter, and had an amazing view of the Matterhorn. The staff was amazingly friendly and eager to suggest activities and amenities. It was easy to arrange for a shuttle to and from the train station for hauling luggage. It was nice to have breakfast offered at the property.
