After several hours driving and arriving late in the evening, I like just to eat something small - like a soup. But this war not available in the restaurant - so I had to go out and search outside for something appropriate. The breakfast is fairly high in price for someone who just eats small stuff in the morning. I took the alternative of one coffee and one Croissant. The cofee was very good but I was shocked about the size of the croissant. Astonishing small with 56mm by 48mm by 35mm. The musik in the lobby and breakfast room was not appropriate to meet the colleagues and do some senseful work.

I think it is a bit pricey for this kind of hotel but it was a busy weekend during peak season, which may have pushed prices up....and it is Switzerland.....nothing is inexpensive around here. The property is pretty dated and needs a refresh.

The location is perfect to visit Neuchatel. The rooms are very quiet. There was a huge party close-by and I was really scared I would not sleep but the windows are incredibly good to isolate from the noise.

The bath tube is not so comfortable for shower the water is everywhere. But this is the only issue i found there what is not bad.

The location is excellent, just Infront of the river, the city center and the train station. the breakfast at the hotel is good, all was ok, for a 3-star hotel is really good one. Highly recommend.

Pillows are horrible ... is the only thing bad about this hotel.

Location is perfect, right on the center of Neuchatel, good breakfast, nice confortable rooms with everything required, good internet connection too, good AC system, and the most important thing, super friendly helpful staff! Also some rooms have an AMAZING view to the lake!

There was not a fridge in the room, and it could be better to have a coffee machine in the room. I should mention that there were some coffee powders in the room in addition to the tea. The breakfast was also not complete.

I went there on a Saturday night so the price should have been higher in comparison to the other nights, however, I felt that it was more expensive than it should be. The location is great and it's close to the lake and the city center. As a three star hotel is good.

As said room size is limited but central location makes up for that. Google had some issues to navigate to the entrance.

Nice hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Neuchatel and the harbour. Rooms are small but well equipped with airco, safe and coffee and thee making facilities. Employees very helpful also arranging parking permit and managed to locate my forgotten tablet.

A fridge would have been nice. Also, while we were there on a Monday (i.e. presumably a quite)night, there were earplugs on the pillows, suggesting that sometimes the restaurant below may be noisy.

Nice location iwth harbor view. Handy for walking into the old town. Free travel pass included boat trip on the lake.
