The waiters in the restaurant were too persistent and at the same time very cold. The food is tasty, but the service wasn’t very comfortable for us.

Great location, view is stunning. The room was clean. Breakfast is fine, not a lot of options, but everything is tasty and great quality. We really enjoyed our stay.

Tea pot services would add a great value to the hotel.

Staff were so friendly. The view was so great and spectacular, especially room with lake view. It seems the hotel is equipped with its own bakery, as the bread for the breakfast were warm and fresh. I enjoyed the breakfast and restaurant location which provides perfect view to the lake and mountain.

The shower is not desirable as they still use a shower curtain and it sticks to you whilst having a shower. Simply by placing a glass screen in replacement for this would fix the issue. The bathroom was clean though which was nice.

The hospitality and professionalism received from the staff was exceptional. The restaurant and the food was absolutely top notch, the food, the quality, presentation and balance of flavours was indeed 5 star. I believe the restaurant and the hotel was taken over just in 2022. This place should not be only a 3 star. The view was out of a postcard, absolutely stunning. The hotel is greatly undervalued.

restorant staff was rude, unfortunately. especially the lady who was in charge at dinner… room was a little bit chill at night. housekeeping staff was rude. they tried to get in the room when we were at room also, 3 times….

Not all guests like "Guggenmusik". I did not find it appropriate that this noise was also allowed in the hotel until late at night.

Very friendly holtel with an amazing view from restaurant terasse and room balcony. If i'm going back to Seelisberg I will stay at Bellevue again. Good breakfast and helpful staff.

No Wifi in the rooms and very slow and limited in the reception area - no choice in dinner ( fixed menu without a la carte and expensive) - no coffee/ thee maker nor frige in the room. Upon arrival, we were not informed about the limitations of the restaurant.

One of the few places that i felt so hard to leave it. The view, the cleanness, the location, and the full experience there is beyond imagination. I really love this hotel, and recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the nature and feel him/herself in paradise.

We liked it all.

The location and views are incredible. The hotel is very accessible and has a wonderful restaurant and outdoor area. We ate at their restaurant and experienced an outstanding dinner and two delicious breakfasts. The staff was all wonderful and helpful. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was large and had a deep tub. The balcony was such an great way to start the day or enjoy some wine with the view after a day of adventure.

What type of horror ghost house this place is?!?! I had the most horrific experience of my life in a hotel in that place. I wanted to check out early morning & had a bus to catch @ 5:45 in the morning when i went down stairs to the reception i found no one to check out with. I then left the room keys at the counter & went to exit from to find the hotel room is LOCKED!!! And the lights are off & no one is there not even a security guy or a house keeping guy!!! It was DARK, i was ALONE, and TRAPPED inside. I didn’t have any contact number but the reception number which is useless because no one is there. I started to try to exit from any other alternative way. NO WAY OUT!!! I used the reception phone to search for random numbers to call until i called the reception girl who told me how to unlock the door. I didn’t feel safe. That’s a horror story & totally disrespectful & inconsiderate.
