Best location and super accessible to Zurich HB in 10 mins with bus and tram available at 200 meters. The place was clean and super tidy with all necessary kitchen utensils. Multiple places for food, shopping, Migros supermarket and others available at walking distance. Very safe and quite with comfortable bed. The check in was super easy, just remember to go to the back gate to add code for entering.

The staircase to the roof balcony was a bit challenging for us to latch back to the ceiling. The elevator only stops at level 3 and we have to carry the luggages up 1 more level and the staircase is too narrow. It was a bit difficult to find the place as the entrance is hidden at the side, not visible from the road. We have a hard time finding the entrance upon reaching the building. The elevator is also way too small!! It can only fit 1 person and 1 med-sized luggage. We have a hard time getting the luggage into the elevator.

The room was pleasantly bigger for an apartment. Facilities and utensils were clean and we have access to the roof balcony. Self check-in was easy.

Building poorly adapted for people with disabilities or baby strollers. Uncomfortable pillows. The bathroom door is not opaque, something that would be appreciated at least in that place.

WiFi works always outside the flat (on the stairs) and 50% of the time it connects then disconnects inside the flat, on all our devices, the other 50% of the time it doesn't connect. The shared router was obviously inside someone else's flat, lucky them. Shame really when you don't have included roaming data on your mobile. But it means you can do something else, less time online.

The idea that the host company writes a note to the guest expecting from them to to spend an hour to go through the extensive apartment inventory list to check what kitchen utensil is present at the property and in what quantity, what household appliance is functional and what's not all under the overt threat of paying for any unreported damage or missing inventory items is pretty much the opposite of hospitality.

The apartment is cozy, well maintained, exceptionally clean property in Zurich city centre. It is equipped with everything you could possibly look for a short or long term stay. The apartment features a miniature balcony which is fantastic for morning coffee. The check in procedure is very smooth and the instructions are easy and crystal clear.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the apartment, but I would say that we booked a room with access to rooftop terrace, couldn’t find how to get up there so we emailed to ask and was told we weren’t allowed access to the rooftop. So we paid extra for nothing.

The location was good, close to tram stops and Wiedikon train station. Kitchen and bathroom facilities was spot on. Apartment was small but that didn’t bother us, and it was larger than most hotel rooms. We did have difficulty finding the entrance as there are two entrances but other than that it was great.

quite small elevator that doesn’t go all way to the 4th floor. the WiFi didn’t work inside the apartment, only on the stairways

great location, walking distance to most things and great with the rooftop. very clean apartment as well and lovely staff. we called the staff when we came asking to help us find the rooftop and to get another duvet. they helped us immediately and send a cleaning lady with a second duvet and more towels.

When we checked in, we were asked to check everything in the apartment. We said that the lamp was missing and the tap was leaking. The first time a woman came and took pictures of everything. The second time a plumber came, opening the door himself, my wife was there alone naked. We are outraged by this.

There it was a situation with the cleaning lady . She just open the door without noticing , because she needed it something. At least she could knock. And when we ask for new towels she send us to clean then at the laundry room!!

To start off with you cant call this place luxury. Nothing luxurious about the bed and pillows were awful. The shower when switched on water sprinkled in all angles from the hose. The seal from the shower door was loose. The outside blinds were absolutely filthy. When paying this sort of money there was not even a small gesture of coffee or milk. No welcome pack. I took photos just in case. I would not recommend to anyone or be back. If i had known i would of never paid this sort of money on the contrary request a refund at least a partial one.

The towels were the only thing that was good.

1. Before the check in date I communicated (per email) that I needed a quiet bedroom and the response from your rep was that this would be no problem... however; the apartment I received was on a noisy street (the bedroom facing it). When I reported this I was told that unfortunately there is no guarantee to get a quiet room. VERY DIFFERENT FROM THE RESPONSE - This led to a very uncomfortable stay since I was not able to sleep. 2. The living/dining combo is a very dark little room; the existing lights do not light up the area. 3. The WIFI connection was really bad and when I mentioned this (per email) to your rep; the response was that it was probably busy and everyone was using it - ????

There's no mirror in the apartment, even in the bathroom. There is glass with a reflective surface, but it is not a mirror. So it was a little inconvenient to put on make-up and shave.

The apartment building is not far from the main railway station. It is about a 30-minute walk or less. The apartment is cosy and well-equipped, and you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I especially like the style - modern and minimalist. Everything is light and of good quality. We enjoyed staying there and I can recommend this place for a short and long stay.
