Very nice and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient as the train and bus station is just right across the road. Local amenities are near by.

The room was nice, but even though I had asked for a quiet room, we were put at the front of the hotel and only on the 3rd floor. I was woken during the night quite a few times by noisy traffic and loud pedestrians (even though I slept with ear plugs in). The pillows were very soft and not comfortable. Even though they had a "Pillow menu" none of the pillows mentioned said that they were on the firmer side. The shower leaked a little and has some small amounts of mould spots on the shower tiles. At breakfast, many of the dishes were lukewarm at best (some were completely cold). There are only two coffee machines, so there can be a wait if you go at a busy time of the morning.

The location was excellent. Extremely close to the train station and restaurants, etc. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ok with a modest selection. The food was generally of decent quality.

The property is in excellent convenient location - diagonally opposite the main train station and steps from all the tram stops. The room was very spacious with floor to ceiling windows and the outdoor terrace. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer to enjoy it more.

The location is right across the Gare Cornavin station. Strategically located in the heart of the city and the city’s transportation hub. City card was provided by the hotel for free public transport use during your stay.

No checkin before 1500 but it was a very busy weekend in Geneva.

The hairdryer is fixed very high in the bathroom it was hard to use . The taps in the bathtub were placed in a way they hit the legs when showering.

Excellent location in center of Geneva, very comfortable bed and choice of pillows was a plus we enjoyed , friendly and helpful staff.

Facilities are little bit old

Very good hotel! The location is very good near the train station, so you don't have to get up too early. The breakfast is great and rich, and the room is nice and worth the price.

The size of the bath room is bit small, but it is nothing wrong, it serves all its function very well.

The hotel is located just opposite of the train station, and a few minutes walking distance to the lakeside, and 20 minutes to the old town. The room is clear and comfortable

No aircon control within room so it was a little warm. Water pressure for bath could be stronger.

Like others have mentioned, the interior is quite dated and rooms need renovation, especially the bathrooms (the water pressure in the shower was very low)

Good central location, very close to the train station. We had a top floor room with the city view and a very big balcony. Hotel bar was nice, as well as the breakfast in the morning (very good selection of different foods).

Very convenient location, room size was good, check in was smooth and we received some very helpful information on arrival, the bar area was pleasant with fast service, check out was easy and we were able to leave our bags at the hotel due to having a later flight.

Superb location - opposite geneva train station but also a quick walk to the centre of geneva and lakeside. The hotel is a good alternative to the airport hotels (7 minute free train journey to airport) if you have a bit more time to spend. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff especially at front desk.

Fresh everything everyday. And scrambled eggs and hash browns potatoes was finished and it them so long to refill it. One old man was struggling to get last bit of scramble egg.

It was good but not the best. Some bread sandwich doesn’t look fresh, same with some of the other items.

It will be even better if there is fan (no aircon in winter). We had to open the window to cool the room as it was getting stuffy and the noise from the street affected our sleep

Very Convenient, very close to train station and eateries. Staff are very helpful and give us good advice about train rides to Paris
