nothing specifically, i can only think of first two days I bought my own drinking water as none was provided. After that a bottle was always provided with the cleaning service

The furnishing was dated and the taps, WC etc were really quite old and leak.

Close proximity to train station and city Center was great. The staff were friendly and attentive and really keep the rooms clean.

For 2 adults and a toddler, we could have done with a bigger room.

The room was cold for me ~23°C but I understand that's the norm here. Would have liked having slippers în the room and 2 bathrobes instead of 1 since the room was not single.

They need to put an umbrella in every room so that guests can use while going out during rainy/snowy season.

Very Good Experience. Staff was very cooperative and supportive. I asked for Extra Room Heater and they immediately provided the same.

The first room they offered me had a great view but the door was strangely very small, I could barely fit inside and I'm of medium built. I wasn't happy so I asked to change the room and was moved to the 1st floor which was ok but the lower floors overlooking the street are a bit more noisy. This is the third time I stay in this hotel this year yet I didn't get any privileges or anything that would encourage me to repeat my stay. I had a light dinner in the bistro downstairs and the quinoa salad was stale and seemed old, the good thing is they didn't charge me for it, but I thought it strange since I've eaten here before and the food was great. The rate is quite high compared to other similar hotels in the area, and my colleague was staying in another hotel where they offered her free train tickets for the duration of her stay while Warwick did not have that option or at least they never informed me of it.

The location is just perfect, right across from the main train station making movement across the city very easy. It is also walking distance from many good restaurants, shops, and sights. The rooms are comfortable, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the check-in and checkout experiences were very smooth. The concierge was exceptionally nice and helpful.

Nothing really. It's a very classical hotel so don't expect a hipster area or the newest technologies; just deal with that!

Everything was nice and fine. Staff was very friendly. Beds and pillows were gorgeous. When I read the reviews about the breakfast, that it's not good or not complete enough or not diversified enough, my thoughts: get a break, what the hell, what are you all used to have?? We had just really very nice breakfasts for three mornings in a row, with many options. Don't complain too quick please... I too could have complained: there was no champagne or prosecco! I'ld have liked that, but for that I don't break down the breakfast, on the contrary..

the room was clean, standard size but well equipped. good towels and bed very confortable. amazing choice of pillows. I requested the room service for breakfast, it was better than expected! lot of choice and additional fruits and sweets

The breakfast was not great in terms of selection and the room size is quite small, but ok for a few days. Otherwise, everything else I liked.

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly, the hotel location was very central and convenient, the bed and the pillow were exceptionally comfortable.

I would give it a 10/10 but my greatest issue was loading and unloading the luggage in the car since the parking in front of the hotel is rarely free you would have to literally stop in the middle of the street to unload your luggage it’s was frustrating or drive all the way to the parking garage not that far like 1 minute away park your car and then carry your luggage up the elevator and walk to the hotel with all your luggage it was annoying since I had a good amount of bags with me other than that the place is great

The property location was couldn’t be any better close to the train station close to the lake and close to any shops or supermarkets you need and many restaurants literally seconds not even minutes away the staff are very very nice and welcoming rooms are clean cozy and very good not the greatest or best but does the job and more the restaurant is good not that much variation but a good amount even without much variation the food is good even though the hotel is close to all these facilities and in the middle of the city you still can’t hear any noise from your room overall 9/10
