Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesShower only got warm, not hot. Very low water pressure when on full-hot setting. Staff seemed a bit unsure about the Interlaken guest card and general uses. No guest discount with the Italian restaurant on the first floor but did have an agreement with a nearby restaurant. No basic frills or pampering normally expected with a noted-named hotel
Convenient central location - convenient to both Ost and West train stations, ferry/boat and main bus routes. Friendly staff. Very good breakfasts. Decent atmosphere without the frills.

AustraliaThe fan in the bathroom run all night even when we turn off the light. Sometimes it run too loud and we need to close the bathroom door. It was ok after that.
Staff are friendly and helpful, great location, about 5 minutes walk to Interlaken West station and 15 minutes walk to Interlaken Ost station. Close to everything. The room is spacious and very clean. I had a hot bath which helped to release my muscle tension from walking and exercise. Breakfast was great and there was variety.

United KingdomThe hotel room is in need of renovation for a long time. The floors are creaking, the walls are covered in black stains, either from shoes, or from some kind of paint... But the worst thing is that there were no sockets near the bed. There were hardly any of them in the room at all. One by the front door, the phone can be left dangling because there is nowhere to put it, and one socket near the table, which I never managed to fully insert the adapter into. Fortunately, this was enough to somehow charge the phone. There is no shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom.
Good location in the center, there is a bus stop next to the hotel, a large supermarket across the road. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Breakfast starts at 7 am, which is very convenient considering that you need to get to so many places in a day.

Saudi ArabiaI recently stayed at Hotel Weisses Kreuz in Interlaken and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Interlaken West station, with a tram stop right outside the front door. This made it easy to explore the city and surrounding areas. The proximity to various restaurants and a supermarket was a huge plus – I never had to worry about finding a place to eat or grabbing essentials. Additionally, the hotel offers the convenience of storing luggage after checkout, which allowed me to enjoy my last day in Interlaken unencumbered. My nights at Hotel Weisses Kreuz were comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, ensuring a pleasant and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable visit to Interlaken.

United KingdomThe breakfast was poor compared to many other hotels we stayed at in Switzerland. ( limited choice of meats, stale croissants from previous day, hot dishes dry and unappetising. Dishes obviously filled to capacity at 7.00am snd not replenished until the end of breakfast at 10.00am). Briefly mentioned this fact on check out but was met with an uncaring shrug by mature receptionist with long silver hair.

The room is very spacious, we got the corner side, so more space. breakfast also OK, Location is very strategic. The Host give us free travel card around interlaken, so we can get around the city for free. Overall our stay has been pleasent.
