As during the period we stayed it was exceptionaly hot weather (+35C), we missed a terrace and airco. A fan was available in the apartment to generate a welcoming breeze!

The reception office was often unmanned, though the staff responded promptly to our inquiries by e-mail.

The studio type apartment is large and has a huge balcony. Equipments in the room are high quality and easy to use. A bus stop is in front of the building.

everything is done automatically, so you don’t run in any personals, which, if you have question, is a bit problematic, but according do their manual they are reachable by phone or email (we never tried we never needed to). we never found the WiFi password. hopefully our device worked on 4G in Switzerland.

comfy beds, a lot of space in the appartement and all the necessities needed in termes of ustensiles for cocking (need spices though), very clean and even a cute terrace with a beautiful garden. Good ventilation.

The beds are pretty soft and the pillow could suit be called a mountain, it's way too huge. The reception (I was in two different rooms) is not good and sld be adjusted accordingly.

It's huge compare to other hotels or apartments. It's pretty new, very clean and very well organized. You can easily stay there for longer and with more people. You can park your car in front of the door, so it's perfectly fine. Also the very well organized check in is great. Check out is technically without people... so, don't forget sthg in your apartment 😉

Nothing bad to report about this place. Great option for someone not looking to spend a lot of money on an apartment style stay.

A great place to stay, close to the highway so we could access several ski areas within 20 min to an hour away. The place was very clean and very big. We stayed with 2 adults and one child and the childs bed on the couch was great. We had enough in the kitchen to cook including a dishwasher. Bathroom had heated floors and a hairdryer. Plenty of parking onsite and if there was enough snow we would have also had the option to park in the garage. Hosts replied quickly to questions and provided us with a code upon checkin. We would absolutely stay here again.

Some rooms are facing the road, not that busy, but you could be woke up by a roaring motorcycle in the morning. So request an apartment facing the inner yard.

The kitchen is very modern, but the facilities provided are not amazing. The hob only has two rings and is not that powerful, so boiling a pot of water took a really long time. The kettle also had a european plug that didn't fit into the wall making it non-useable. The listing on the site said that "parking must be reserved" but when I contacted to reserve, they told me that it is not possible to reserve, so you have to rely on there being a space available outside. When I travelled it wasn't busy so this wasn't an issue, but if you were going at a busier time of year, parking on site is not guaranteed. The hosts were not that helpful generally, everything went smoothly, but they are not available at all over the weekend (from 4pm Friday until 8am Monday), as I was checking in over the weekend and had some questions, this meant no one at all got back to me until Monday, by which time it was too late anyway. I do feel hosts should be available 7 days a week if they are offering stays 7 days a week.

The apartment is very modern and was extremely clean when I got there. Easy to find with good car parking facilities. The bathroom has a lovely walk in shower and the bed was also very comfy.

There are only a few unusual elements connected to the formal procedures before check-in and the service during our 2-week stay. First, it was necessary to send a picture of an ID card and a signed document stating the details of stay. Second, there was no possibility to throw out the garbage ourselves - we were informed that the garbage is taken out by service staff in certain days. Third, there was a planned change of door locks in all apartments which occurred during our stay that resulted in a series of unexpectable events: when leaving our apartment, we placed a 'do not disturb' sign on the door (and also met a member of the staff who asked us whether we want to clean our apartment, which we unambiguously declined) but when we arrived, it was obvious that the apartment was thoroughly cleaned (including polished mirror, windows, cleaned sink, kettle and dishes, washed floor ...). This probably happened because the people who worked with the door lock removed the 'do not disturb' sign and the staff forgot not to clean this room. We felt uncomfortable with this situtation. Finally, on the evening before our departure, the electricity stopped working in our apartment - we called the emergency hotel number and someone came already in 30 minutes to try resolve it. It was found that this was caused by a failure of the apartment switch. We were told that this cannot be fixed and that these switches are planned to be exchanged in the future. At least, we were given a key to a next-door apartment where we could cook and charge our phones.

The aparthotel was easy to find and the check-in was without any troubles. The apartment was spacious and well-furnished. There was always enough parking slots just in front of the entrance.

Plates, glasses, cutlery only exactly for 4 people: no spare and need to immediate wash for reuse. No bottle for water. No microwave. Hairdryer broken (but replaced the day after). No hot water for several hours.

Clean and easy to access, warm.
