Nothing in the bathrooms to mop up a wet floor from previous person. But I had flipflops for that reason. The light is on a timer which I didn’t know about and suddenly I was in pitch black, wet with shampoo in my eyes trying to find light. Scared me a bit tbh .

A nice walk alongside the lake from the station . Easy to find. Very clean and staff very helpful and friendly.

The noise from the train passing by and the room was very warm are the only disadvantage.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and breathtaking location. Few minutes walk to the bus and train station. Breakfast and the staffs were good, though the female staff made a mistake by placing a man in a female domitary and even though I was first in the room and already spent a night already, I was asked to leave the room instead of the guy who came a day after me.

The noise at night, especially from children. People need to think of others and try to be quiet .

The hostel was very clean! The beds were very comfy, good selection at breakfast. Good location, very nice walk into the centre. The man at the reception was very pleasant. I would stay here again.

My stay at the hostel was really nice, I would also like to thank the hostel manager - Lucas, who has been super kind and helpful, as during my stay I encountered some unpleasant experience and he tried his best to help me with the issue and I really appreciate his help! Also the location and breakfast was also great, I can stay the breakfast has been the best breakfast I've had during my time in Switzerland especially the ovomaltine crunchy cream, I'm in love with that spread now!

Very warm, slept with window open next to the train line. Would be lovely in winter, but a bit too heated for summer.

When we checked in, the staff told us that breakfast would be from 6:30 to 9:30. On the other hand, the information on Booking said that breakfast would start at 7:00. However, when my friends and I came down for breakfast at 6:30 this morning, there is no breakfast or staff on the ground floor. I used the phone on the reception desk to call for help, but the one who answered the phone told me that breakfast starts at 7:30. It really confused me that there were so many different versions of the time for breakfast. Besides, it caused us a lot of trouble because we already booked the train to Interlaken.

The hostel itself is great. The room is clean and comfortable. There are plenty of toilets and shower rooms so that we don’t have to wait for a long time to take a shower. The dining room is big and well-equipped.

In this hostel, I was in room number 22. Here are the issues: #1) The noises from the train made it impossible to sleep. #2) The light kept turning on the opposite side of the building lighting up the entire room every few minutes. #3) The most HORRIBLE part - I was not informed that I will not be able to access the main entrance to the hostel with my room key, despite informing that I will miss breakfast because I will be leaving very early at 6 in the morning. I went out at 6 am, came back because I forgot something and to my utter horror, couldn't get in. I was desperate because I would miss all my reservations for the day. I started shouting for help hoping someone would hear me. A really good guest woke up and came down to open the door.

Facility was clean. Location is easy to reach by bus. The view near the hostel is nice. I have extensively stayed in hostels across 22 countries in Europe, including Switzerland. This hostel had bare minimum facilities and I am not sure if it is justified even for the price, but that is not my main complain.

breakfast was incredibly limited, hostel was filled with students who were very loud, running up and down corridor etc. also some technical fault in morning where fire alarm constantly going off in room, then having to cut electricity. maintenance happening throughout building before which I wish I had knew before. unfortunately I was sick during this visit and so made matters much worse

accommodation was 30 seconds from lake which was very beautiful
