Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab Emirates- the safe should be replaced it’s smaller than usual - a little bit of dust could’ve been avoided - most of the staff were perfect at what they did but I have to notify a small issue upon check in there were certain steps that usually take place in all 5 hotels especially in Switzerland which are small steps but they show that the administration cares about their guests such as a small tour around the hotel I don’t think it would’ve been very hard since the size of the building was small as well as offering to show some recommendations on the city map instead of handing it like a brochure I mean is it acceptable to stay in a five star hotel not knowing the minimum info such as the breakfast area or the timing of breakfast I believe every guest requires the minimum amount of attention or guidance to feel at home
- located in the heart of the old town the best location in the city - staff are professional - the room was spacious and comfortable - the tv was good - our room was under one of those beautiful old town streets a sight to behold - bathroom was very good - nice sitting area - room service was fast and convenient - early check in was satisfactory

Saudi ArabiaI liked everything about the hotel ( staff at restaurant , staff at reception, staff at room cleaning…ALL and every thing), but there is an incident though will not affect my overall experience but worth mentioning. Second day of my stay I was waiting to be seated at breakfast, but the person in charge on that day ( tall male in black suit ) kept talking on the phone for a long time ignoring that I was waiting, he was speaking loudly and I waited until another employee came from inside the restaurant because he could see me and took me to table. I found that un polite and very rude.
Location is the best ( close to river and central to every thing).

Everything was beautiful here!! It is located right on the river and the area is spectacular. The rooms are clean. We had a family room but the door was not opened to connect the rooms. there was a staff member outside who very kindly unlocked the doors and then gave us extra chocolates. Very excellent service. the breakfast that was included was outstanding as well.

SwitzerlandUnfortunately, the smoking lounge is not well protected and the smell goes up in the rooms :( They have not put a door to separate the hotel floor and the cigar lounge... very disappointed by this lack of observation by the Management.
The location of the Hotel is excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the Rotisserie evening meal was delicious.
