The comfortable bed was not matched by very good pillows. Bathroom and shower cubicle were very small but be aware this is an old property in the Old Town and it is conveniently located for the traveller

Excellent location in the heart of the Old Town, by the river. Just a 10 min walk from the station. Surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff were always willing to assist. 10% discount in the adjoining Italian restaurant was an unexpected bonus. The food and service were very good.

Be aware that space between foot of bed and the wall is not alot, shower is small, as is the door space getting into the shower. And be sure to bring plug adapters that work in Switzerland.

Room and bathroom were very small. The furnishings were not functional: A big wardrobe is completely unnecessary and not adequate for the size of this room, other solution can provide enough storage / hanging without cluttering. The bathroom would have benefited from a sliding door or an outward opening door. Parking is available only in a public garage, but extremely expensive. The hotel did not provide any information on much cheaper parking garages only a little further away.

Wifi connection is complicated ,should connect by use credit card information that is not safe ,so I should not to connect hotel wifi

Location is not far from train station , bus and boat , coffee machine with variety of tea and coffee capsules,mini bar with 1 of sparkling water and 1 of non sparkling / day .Can ask for hot water from the restaurant . Staff are nice and very helpful We are sleeping well here.

The WiFi is a bit complicated: You have to register your phone number and wait for a code via SMS. Only after that you have access to the network.

It’s right in the historic center of Lucerne, very close to the famous chapel bridge. My room on the 4th floor was cozy, bright and big enough for my stay (but you have to be skinny for the narrow shower). The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. From Lucerne main station it’s ten minutes max.

Location is right in the center of the city. Check in was super smooth and people at reception were very friendly and welcoming. Bed wasn't the most comfy one, but we had a good night of sleep - also very quiet at night! Overall, better than expected considering the mixed reviews here.

Rooms are too small and for two guests with double bed they provided us single duvets.

Its location is perfect. Very close to the train station, cruise point and chapel bridge. There are multiple eateries option available just down the street.

Double room. Not the easiest to get in and out of the shower, lack of space and cramped. Not a complete inconvenience for us as we are not big people but less than ideal.

No information was given on the cost of the water in the mini bar. There was no mini-bar check-list. We thought the two bottles of water were free, but actually not when check out, feel it like a trap.

The heating in the hotel is set to very high temperature, especially in the room. Not necessary, uncomfortable, expensive for the hotel. The blanket was a bit itchy. The hotel itself has no breakfast available, but there are plenty of bakeries in the near vicinity.

Location is great, just on the river bank. Room well maintained.

Internet access had to be logged onto through a online service.

Our room had a sliver of a view of the river. Access to a balcony. We appreciated the elevator. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was very good. It was News Years Eve so they were very busy. Very central location to walk around old town.

The pillows were not zo comfortable. Refrigerator was not cold, water was not free and exaggerate price. On the second day cleaner forgot to clean cup and glass, they leave used glass in the bathroom. And they forgot to make a bed. the build-in table has dust. For the rest was ok

Lovely room with balcony and super nice view. In the room has coffee machine with coffee and tea. Comfortable bed. Bathroom was good clean. Nice location nearby restaurant, river view and beautiful signseeing. 8-10 min walk to train station. Helpful staff.
