Probably wouldn’t stay again with young children - not really child friendly safety and facilities wise, but very lovely. Tops of fridges etc and kitchen cupboard doors etc could do with a deep clean.

The sign on the road was hard to spot at night but that’s about it!

No air-conditioning in the lounge kitchen. This was a huge downfall because it was so hot. Ceiling fans would have helped. Cleaner come first day demanded a form with credit card details but they should have had this on file. Not something I wanted to sort on my holiday.

Loved this villa. Close to town and shops. Sea front villa for the most beautiful views. But this part of the beach was not for swimming. Loved the bathrooms and open plan lounge and kitchen with high celinings. Aircon in bedrooms. Bonus was the washing machine and phone. Nice and private too. Would stay here again.

Trays for the oven would have been helpful. It’s not the best location for swimming in the sea.

The drive in was a little tight but once you were there everything else was amazing. If it had an infinity pool it would be hard to beat.

Excellent location as it was close to town. The villa was immaculate and I would rate it very highly as a place to stay in Rarotonga. It had ample room and some for our family and the beach view was amazing and we saw whales frolicking off the reef from inside the house every day we stayed there. It was excellent value and I would highly recommend it to others. The beach was swimable but not as nice as some of the others. However as the reef was only close to the shore, it was an easy swim out for boogey boarding. The beds were the best that I have ever slept on and I even tried to see what brand they were so I could buy some.

The beds were a little hard, but not a deal breaker. The Roosters were annoying, but that is not something that can be helped. Just some feedback

The location was amazing! The property was absolutely beautiful and had the most gorgeous view! The coffee pods are a bonus! The house was well equipped and very comfortable.

The sliding door gets a little stuck (think the roller needs to be replaced).

As per other reviews, the rooster next door does not know morning from night - it does crow throughout the night. You can only hear it from the back room. I'm a light sleeper so I wake up several times throughout the night. However, this is part of the charm of the Cook Islands. Love how there are chickens and roosters everywhere.

The villa was great. Although there are two villas side-by-side, the layout provides privacy from each other. The villas are clean and tidy and very comfortable. The place is true to the photos. The villas are on the beach and offers stunning views of the sunrise and sunset and the reef and the lagoon throughout the day. The bonus is the free whale watching every morning and afternoon as the hump back and her baby swim by.
