A unique experience!!! Have never encountered a facility which so completely mastered sustainability and limited environmental impact. The setting was spectacular-- at the base of the towers. The food was 10 star. Staff could not have been better. The guests were very friendly. The ambience was cozy and welcoming. My only caveat is that almost all of the guests travel as part of a tour and the excursions are prepaid. My wife and I arranged our trip ourselves. When we read the brochure we thought the excursions were included in the pricing ( our misunderstanding). They are not and each excursion costs about 250 dollars per person. Not a big problem as we had a car and were able to create our own excursions. The park is amazing and there is so much to see and do. But we wanted to clarify this for others.

The only thing is that the music in the main dome area seemed a bit loud and I could hear it from my dome when I was trying to enjoy peace and solitude and an afternoon nap.

It was a dream come true to stay here!! This setting is SO beautiful and magical and I absolutely loved it!! The domes are incredible, truly one of the most unique stays I've ever had! The decor is exceptionally done!! The food was amazing!! I also enjoyed a fabulous yoga session! The way that Ecocamp is striving to have such a small footprint with very little waste, is inspiring! I unfortunately was only able to stay one night due to availability, but I know that those who were able to partake in hiking adventures were raving. It was enchanting to me, sipping tea, snuggled up in blankets in my dome, watching the snow fall down!! Also, I must give a shout out to Timothy, who went above and beyond to make me feel included and my Ecocamp experience so wonderful, which meant a lot to me when I was the only solo traveler there! Thanks so much for an unforgettable stay!!

If you are hiking there, the way is a bit hard to find. Follow the sign to the welcome center and then just scale the hill ;)

Unique and almost spiritual place. It really felt like a small heaven where you can be outside of the busy world. Additionally the food was great, we listened to a nice talk about hiking and joined the yoga session in the morning sun.

When hiking, it's not obvious to find the camp, it is not indicated on the official maps and the signs are not obvious. After the whole W trek, I had to walk for extra 2km just to find them. It seems like nohting, but when you're tired - you feel pretty pissed :D

Outstanding location, the views are breathtaking. The staff is super friendly, perfectly fluent in English. The food was the best I've eaten in Chile. The whole eco-concept is going beyond simple recycling, they are trying as hard as it gets to function sustainably.

I was caught off-guard that there was no internets. I understand now this is part of their "thing," and I should have known better. Still glad I stayed here. Would still stay here again. I just wish they had the webs - especially for the cost.

Really, I loved everything. The domes were ultra-cool. The bed was the most comfortable bed I slept on during my entire stay in Patagonia. Showers and bathroom facilities were all fine. The food was spectacular - best food in Patagonia. Great atmosphere, and super friendly staff.

No words can describe the magical days I stayed at ecocamp. I was supposed to stay only one day, but ended up booking 4 extra nights. Staff was simply THE BEST. Both the front desk and the guides are super nice people, and helpful as well. The kitchen staff was also so nice and welcoming. Rahul, Guillermo, Flor, Armando, Pancho, Pilar, everyone was just the best people I could ask for! Such awesome human beings and great employees as well. Food was awesome, to be in the park is just magical. I recommend this place for everyone, especially after a long hike in the park. Can't take this place out of my mind. Looking forward to coming back!

I think the website could be better and more information about traveling in and from the park. Not everyone is using a specialist tour operator

The ride there is a lot of work and there aren't many options if you don't book the transfer with them from Punta Arenas (4h total with pause for lunch in Puerto Natales). Also, with booking the Double Superior room through Booking.com, we don't have the option online for adding the transfer from Punta Arenas (around US$110 per person) and the activities for the day (varies on the activity, but around Cl$100k per person) so you have to pay separately (and they are totally worth it!!).

To get to Ecocamp is a lot of work, but when you get there they have all you need for a great stay. We chose the Double Superior room (with gas heat and private bathroom) with meals included. Our room was great, very comfortable, it was small, but the heat will get everywhere! There's electricity for charging devices. The water pressure is great, they have hot water and they also have compostable toilet (but it look just like a regular one). In the morning is possible to see the three towers from the Pine just by looking out the window from the bed! The food is AMAZING with many many options (including vegan and vegetarian) and you can pack food for lunch if you're out in the hikes for the day. All the working staff were great: the guides, the servers, the receptionists, the shuttle drive! Everyone is friendly and passionate about the National Park and work to make our stay great.

    nothing - it was great.

this. was. the absolute highlight of our Patagonia trip. The domes are amazing, the surrounding areas, yoga dome, restaurant etc are all so lovely. Staff (in particular the man on the reception) was fantastic, even when there was an issue with our booking! don’t look any further and if there’s availability for your dates - BOOK IT!!! (even if there isn’t - change your travel plans and make sure you get to stay at least one night at this place).

We were there for the location and the views so all good.

The Ecocamp is about location, views and of course walking. If you are into those, you will love it. The bonuses are the night sky on a clear night, the charming helpful staff and the food which is fantastic.

Customer service was ok. Not all instructions were provided and we felt like they were overwhelmed and a bit tired from having a camp at full capacity.

Location, vibe, restaurant service and food. We wanted to stay another night but they did not have availability. Until next time.

Our room got extremely hot at night since they start a fire for you in your room while you're at dinner and the windows are fragile so you're not supposed to have them open if the wind is intense which is pretty common for our experience in Patagonia. Rather small complaint to have and I suppose you can simply put out the fire if needed. We decided to have our door open for a bit and enjoy star gazing while letting our room air out for a few minutes. It was a comfortable temperature after that. Really hard to complain about this place at all. Hot water didn't last long for the shower but still long enough to get clean/ wash hair.

One of the most memorable stays. The fact that everything they do is sustainable is extremely impressive and they do it in a luxurious way as well. The views are stunning, the bartender makes AMAZING drinks, the chef was extremely accommodating to my diet restrictions of vegan and gluten free. We even got to pack a to-go lunch. Wine was included in our dinner and they were not shy about serving it which made for an amazing and fun night. Everything about this place was magical. Apparently yoga classes in their yoga dome are included unless you opt for private lessons and they also do a tour of how they run the facility sustainably. We would love to stay here again and will most definitely recommend to anyone we know heading to this area.
