This is a fabulous hotel in a really good location. Modern, clean, really good breakfast and the rooftop bar and pool are fabulous. Nice clean, modern room with a huge picture window and great view. What made it special, though, were the staff. They were all incredibly polite and helpful but special mentions to two superstars: Felipe on reception was super, super helpful and an all-round great guy, and Andy in the rooftop bar was a top guy. Really enjoyed our chats, particularly about football. A mention for Salvador in the bar as well. I loved my four night stay here and would definitely return

It wasn’t really a 5 star hotel, e.g staff were not super helpful (we asked them whether we could exchange money at the hotel and they said no without offering any nearby atm or currency exchange places), and there was no service at the rooftop pool. That said, if you don’t expect these kinds of extra comforts it’s good value for money.

Great location, clean rooms with a cool view and good bathrooms, great rooftop pool and really good breakfast.

The front desk staff need retraining; they are always on their phones and the room key machine doesn't seem to work after 9pm. The downstairs bar is useless and is never open. Room needs better lighting. Room service entered the room and cleaned even though the "do not disturb sign" was on the door.

Breakfast was great. The breakfast staff is wonderful. The upstairs bar and pool is great. Fitness center is adequate. Bed was comfortable.

The location is amazing. The view of the restaurant and pool amazing as well. The staff was helpful, friendly and wonderful. Quiet and cozy as well with a sence of security. All beautiful. My only comments is that breakfast could be even better (with more variety of sweets and marmalades) and the room had a separate toilet and shower (the shower toom could also have a 2nd toilet). The food and drinks were amazing! We were fascinated by this hotel. Certainly recommmended!

Lighting in the bedroom was not brilliant, several side lights but no overhead light which made it difficult to see into suitcase and to read. No draft beer in the rather pricey bar!

Good location in an attractive part of Providencia. Lovely well appointed room, very good breakfast. Friendly staff who were helpful, airport taxi can be arranged which is useful as the airport is quite a long run south of the city.

Superb hotel in a beautiful area of the city. Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Beautiful roof terrace with bar and restaurant (excellent food & cocktails). Amazing pool area with fantastic views and sunsets. Great vibe at night. Walking distance to many local restaurants. You can also walk to or from the hotel to the gondola station on San Cristóbal Hill. We had a very early flight when leaving so we were provided with a picnic breakfast which we ordered the night before. Highly recommended

The street to the property’s entrance was not accessible on Sunday since the roads were closed for bicycle riders but a couple of blocks from the street was fine.

The staff was incredible both polite and helpful with suggestions and knowledge. The daily breakfast was wonderful with choice of individual dishes of egg, fruit, cheeses, meats , croissants, breads and juices.

The swimming pool is hardly suitable for swimming. It is all right for cooling off in.

The rooftop restaurant had great views. The location is excellent, being right by a metro station and close to Cerro San Cristobal. The outdoor seating area downstairs is pleasant.
