Only small things, pool was closed at 7-8pm (when we still had sun an could enjoy the sunset), gym was a little too bureaucratic to get inside, there was a wifi issue one day (but was worked on by hotel staff). Slightly overpriced IMO.

Great breakfast (even though it's a small walk from the hotel the restaurant is amazing), great service people were pleasant and went above and beyond to solve our needs. The room has a good size and the location was quite amazing the neighborhood is awesome!

The place could use some improvements. It is evident that it was once a luxurious hotel, however it seems that no upgrades have been made for a while or that the place is not properly maintained (pluming and TV issues in initial room, flood in storage room).

The staff was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room that was allocated to me initially had some pluming issues and I got immediately upgraded to a very spacious suite. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable.

They didn't take the trash out before we arrived at the room. Plates and other utensils weren't updated for 3 guests, so we had only 2 of some things. The shower only had a strong flow available which made showers unpleasant.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the location is amazing - . Breakfast was perfect. The room has a small kitchen which made ordering food and using utensils much easier. The bathroom was of good size with a tub. There are things to upgrade and do better next time, but I'll surely return again.

Getting in and out of the bathtub was a little bit tricky for me, I am a fit person but short and had to hold on to the bathtub’s handle to support myself and avoid slipping. The half door glass was annoying .

Great location, comfortable room, clean, enough space for longer stays, friendly staff, I loved our morning hikes to the breakfast block in the green beautiful neighbourhood. rooftop pool was good and breakfast was okay, liked their baked goods, fresh fruits and cheeses.

The hotel is obviously part of a larger conglomerate in the area. It carries the signs of an administration trying to save money as much as possible, but to the detriment of the guest that attend the buildings. Such as using a restaurant that you must walk to for breakfast, And serving food on frustratingly small plates to avoid waste while destroying the feeling of quality they are shooting for. As well we felt 'captive' due to the Christmas season to use the hotel restaurant which in the end cost more than the roof for one meal. We would encourage caution before using the restaurant. The pool was not heated which can be expected in the area, but the exposed nature of the area means it is not really usable except for the 2 umbrellas on the deck. The glass upper entrance is stifling hot. The internal surfaces show the wear due to this extreme heat and some thought should be made for the sake of those with no shoes. On the final day we left a set of headphones in the room. We could not make phone contact with the hotel and could only leave an email that was never responded to..

The building design is nice. Well thought out and spacious. The rooms are fine and the flooring is fantastic. The staff are very polite and try to help as much as possible

Although we informed the hotel 3 times about our very late arrival during weekend, no one was at reception when we arrived. A sign informed us to go to another hotel for check-in. That was the start. The room assigned was freezing cold and the heating was not properly working (the temperature pre-set was not enough to warm up the place). Also no thick blankets available in the room. At 5am we phoned receptionist at the other hotel, who hung up the phone after 2 minutes. So, one of us got dressed and went to the other hotel to get help, but the receptionist could not really figure out the problem. In the morning, when someone was actually at our hotel´s reception, we asked for changing the room. We thought, that was it... However, in the new room not a single frying pan or pot was available and we had to really insist in getting something quickly since we were preparing our meal. Additionally, the toaster in the roam had the wrong plug so we used our own adaptor to make it work. Last but not least, we got a bad cold after that freezing first night!!!

Had many problems from arrival. Swimming Pool not working. First put in a room unpacked our things and were then told we have to move rooms as they had given us the wrong one. Then after being moved to another room the safe was broken and we were told it couldn’t not be fixed straight away so for 2 days i had to carry all my personal belongings on me. We had to ask 2/3 times for it to be fixed and eventually had to speak to a manager for anything to be done. The shower would go hot/cold every time it was used and on the 2nd day it stopped working completely. We then were told as a solution we could again move rooms but only had one day left in the apartment and would of been more hassle to pack and unpack again. Eventually they fixed the shower but by that time we had missed our reservation so it really messed up our plans. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned daily as if we didnt the room would not be cleaned or given new towels. it felt like a job when it should be a relaxed holiday experience. i made a formal complaint to the manager and asked for some compensation regarding all the problems we had at the property and we were told to write a review on booking.com and someone would respond regarding this by monday. I hope this is true

the male receptionist was rude, irritable and yelled at me when I asked questions about the swimming pool and whether they provided water. He embarrassed me in front of a friend and treated me without respect whatsoever. He was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I wanted to cancel but I was tired from a long flight from nyc to Santiago and ended up staying there but left the day after. I didn’t even feel like eating the breakfast not to run into the extremely rude receptionist. very unpleasant experience.
