“Rose, Ida & Juga were outstanding receptionists. They were so,so accommodating & friendly. Tina & housekeeping were excellent as were the two ladies at breakfast. Loved the layed back Rong lake location. The ambience of the hotel was outstandingly beautiful. Wouldn't hesitate to rebook if visiting Guilin. Thanks I would stay again if ever in Guilin.”
