They only had bar soaps and the cleaning lady never really replaced our used soap even after it got really mushy and watery haha. It wasn't a big deal though, the cleaning team was extremely nice and kind, and always checked on me if I needed more water or towels whenever they met me in the hallway! Another thing is the ac seemed like it needed some cleaning, bc it kinda smelled fishy when we turned it on for the first time.

Great hotel! Would definitely come here again. Location is amazing-iapm mall, Haidilao, 很久以前, and other good food places near the hotel, super easy to get to the hotel from anywhere by both bike and car (and metro too of course). It is about 10-15min ish walk from the nearest metro which I thought was a bit annoying, but it's a walkable distance and the streets are really pretty so no biggie. The room is not super spacious but it's enough for 1-2 people. It's clean and the ac works great as well, and the view from the room is also super nice!

It was a little cramped with suitcases because of all the chairs and desks in the room, and the hallways sometimes snelled like smoke. There is breakfast offered, but it’s a bit expensive and not included in the price.

The lobby and rooms were nice, and we had a great view from the 11th floor! There is a fridge and a safe inside, and the bathroom is spacious. It’s about ten minutes walk from a subway station (South Shaanxi Rd. Exit 2) but the area is so nice to walk in with lots of shops and restaurants. The staff spoke English and was very helpful at the 24h desk.

Dirty carpet in the room, outdated furniture (nightstand drawer was opening by itself all the time), fridge looked dirty inside, shower had a weird sound when I turned water on

Washing service was a bit expensive, but we did not need it. A lot of electrical outlets in our room did not work.

The corridors and facilities are on the older side (which for Shanghai means 90s) and are a bit rundown, but nothing shocking or discouraging another stay.

Very centrally located, good value for money, staff is helpful (essential in recovering my phone when I left it in the taxi). Room was comfortable and clean.

I booked this hotel specifically because it had a pool, I was choosing between this and another. I really needed to chill on my last day and so I went up to the pool which is turns out is a public pool and had swimming lessons on at the time. It was very noisy. It didn’t look like there was anyway I could relax there and the photos on the website do now show what it is really like. I would not book this hotel again on this basis. Very disappointed.

I had nice hotel room with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good and the views from my room were great. I also received a lovely gift on arrival as the hotel celebrates its 35th anniversary.

The booking was included one breakfast. When I wanted to go the breakfast room they wanted to charger me, so I doublechecked and learned it was included. So even a visit at the reception couldn’t solve the issue and the staff member did two calls and disappeared after the second call, without solving my issue.

Temperature was so hot inside the room . I was asking to open windows with just small gap so cold air can come inside a room .We booked one bed queen room, Was given twin bad room with dirty old carpet smell like pee and we demand change the queen bad we was booked . Stuff willing to change it more nicer and clean . yet room was hot and been told open a window . I hope booking . Com More selective pick a better hotel for their Customers. So we don’t waste our money to stay in bad reputation Hotels.
