The staff with rare exceptions barely speaks or understands English which makes it a bit difficult to arrange or ask things. The breakfast is ok but the service personnel kind of lacks enthusiasm, if I can put it like that

The hotel has a great location, it is very close to the city centre and some of it's major sights. It also has good connections, lying between 2 major metro stations. So I was able to do most sightseeing on foot (except for the Shanghai Tower but that is easily accessible with the metro). Hotel rooms are very nice, beds are large and very comfortable

Cleanliness: Room was generally clean but there are grimes in the toilet that’ll require a deeper clean. Staff: Staff was generally friendly but for some reason, the cleaning crew decided to take away our 2nd key that I had left in the room.

Location: Within walking distance of Laoximen subway statyon. Room facilities: Comfortable bedding, free wi-fi.

There was a strange smell coming from the toilet, bit of sewage vibes that spread through the room. Not sure if this was the hotel's fault but it was not very pleasant

There's a construction site in front of the hotel. The rest of the hosts were very noisy late at night. We requested assistance from the staff several times since we couldn't sleep, but they were no help. The whole floor has carpet, which is completely filled with stains. It gives a very poor image.

The condition of the room - the carpet has many stains, the bathroom is outdated and not really clean. The main door is just a room separator und doesn't cancel any noise. The whole hotel is very badly soundproofed.

The location is great. The bed is ok, the mattress slightly too hard but the pillows and the blanket are good.

The location is very convenient and near to 2 metro station with lots of restaurant nearby. Just 1-2 station away from Nanjing road and people's park. Staff lack of smiling face but they are ok. Room is new and big. Complaint safe inside the room having problem to hk staff immediately she carry a heavy safe box and change for us. Breakfast is good and they change the menu daily. Location nearby to Dashijie. Room rate is reasonable and worth to stay.

The staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed at the hotel. Particularly, employee 陆青青, even though it was past her working hours and she was about to leave, she patiently answered my questions. For instance, she guided me on how to operate the washing machine and even showed me how to use food delivery apps in China.

When I see the ranking on Booking, I was like “why it is quite low??”. Everything is really great. Location is good, in the center, near MRT, easily to take DiDi. Even staffs can’t speak English but u can use app to translate The breakfast may not match my flavor but they change dishes every day. They have hot bath, elevator, cleaning…

The facility seem old. during stay was still cold day, thus aircond was blowing with hot air. There is no switching on cold air.The toilet door was damaged. As well as the Window grill.

the helpful staff. Brother Lang who duty at night help us register the washing machine as we did not have China local phone number in order to start the App. He registered with his phone and i am Alipaid him the cost.

The hotel is old and showing its age, looking a bit shabby and neglected. The breakfast was ok but the service was indifferent and the coffee machine was often in need of refilling. Hard mattress on the bed.
