Sat for 20 minutes as the breakfast staff refused to attend me. Saw two other table sat after me that got their food before me. I did notice I was the only foreigner at the time, maybe had nothing to do with it, but was still a frustrating experience. I also couldn't work from my room because the wifi kepy dropping, had to leave to find another location, which there was very little selection in the area.

The room size was great. The pool was nice. The AC was a relief and it worked reliably. Check in was relatively easy and the staff was pretty accommodating of our special requests.

Our suite only had 1 air conditioner, thus it was too hot to get a good nights sleep.

It was our first time to carnival. The hotel messaged us via booking, upon our arrival that a music concert would take place next door and the music would be “loud”. What they did not say is that the music would begin around 6pm and end at 4 am and that it would be so loud that the doors and apartment would vibrate and that it would feel like your head was going to explode. The room didn't have a kitchen to wash dishes and cook. Usually when I come, they have them. Also the TV only has 1 hdmi port.

I always stay here when I'm in Barranquilla. The staff is wonderful and will assist you in all your needs. They have a pool and small gym. Usually they always upgrade me to the suite. They price is usually good but I came during carnival so the price is more but book it earlier than later. The noise is crazy so this is not the time to come and relax. You are going to here noise all night so be prepared

Not happy with the cleanliness this time of the apartment the bathroom was dirty. The lights in the house was also flickering and even when I asked for it to be looked at no one showed up.

I have stayed here many times as it is very convenient to the places I need to be. The breakfast is nice and the pool is wonderful. Rooms are big in size.

The rooms should be more cleaned. Towels are only changed every other day.

The lobby area has no air conditioning, it is not pleasant to be there. Breakfast was terrible !!!.. First of all, it is in the outside pool area. So, mosquitoes eat you alive ,then the heat ,(which is very intense,)it is unbearable ,we started sweating after 5 min..( not even a fan ) and the guy that works there, my god his attitude!! The juice is the tang juice from the supermarket ( disgusting) it was so hot that we went to get another small glass of juice to refresh ourselves and he says you cannot take that . You are allowed only one glass .That's fine but at least put some cold water to help us endure the heat while we wait for the food, so we don't touch your precious tang juice .Food was nothing special.Super basic.No variety. After visiting so many hotels this breakfast experience was not pleasant

Hot water in the Shower !! Big room with a big refrigerator. ..Comfortable bed..air conditioning was not the best but ok.At the front desk employees promptly resolved any issues ..Good for one night .
