Little bit outdated, but just enough for spending the night. If you're in the city whole day, it doesn't mind. The room was clean though. Pretty close to main train station. We arrived early, I asked for earlier check in, it was confirmed but when I asked if our room is ready they said they let me know and they didn't. No big deal, we had no big luggage to carry with us and we checked in on proper time, but it would be more pleasant :-) Otherwise communication was ok, rather quick.

Just for close future travellers - I know that is no problem of the hotel, but there were construction works in the street (no tram service now) in time of our visit. They work at night also, so that was pretty inconvenient. So be prepare to bring some ear plugs! Or check Vienna public transport service for how long the works will last.

The pension is located in a farm in a countryside neighborhood, and is easily reachable with the train from Salzburg, or even walking in 45 min. The family who takes care of the pension is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, with natural products from surrounding farms. The room was very comfortable and perfectly clean. I highly recommend.

Modern apartment with a private garage near Schönbrunn Palace

The flat is clean and well-equipped (especially the kitchen). The beds are comfortable. Additionally, the apartment is quiet so you can relax at night. A supermarket is located 3 minutes from the apartment. This is all you need to stay and enjoy Vienna.

I'm writing this not to say that I'm disappointed but to give feedback, so a host can improve a service to an exceptional level. Firstly, the message on how to get to the apartment must be delivered before a guest is in front of the apartment. You should also pick up a phone when a guest is calling you (I don't know why you didn't answer when I called from a Polish number but you did when my sister called from an Austrian number). Secondly, put more attention to cleaning dust, as a radiator in the bathroom was full of dust (so it had to clean it before holding towels).

The hotel is a bit far away from the city center. Upon check-in the receptionist told me I had booked for two people even though I had booked for one person.
