The hosts are super friendly. They treated us like long lost friends.. we love their genuinity .The Owner gave us a little tour of their backyard .It is truly a wonderful experience because not all hotel owners are like him.. Cheers to a new friendship.

The location is fantastic, in the heart of Ghent. The bed was large and super comfortable. The rooms had air-conditioning that you can control from the room. Staff at the reception were kind and welcoming.

The rooms are super outdated, the shower head leaking and the carpet in the room filthy. A lot of dust behind the furniture. The hotel currently undergoes renovation, so hopefully it will be sorted out then. Otherwise too expensive for how old, run/down and simply not nice the rooms are.

The location was great. Easy to reach from Midi train station. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bakeries, etc. Hotel is quirky and cute, the staff is great!

We were at the back of the hotel and there was quite a bit of street noise. We were sleeping with open windows because it was a warm night. The water in the restroom smelled sulfury. (Both things the hotel has no control over.)

This is a hotel with a heart. The staff is super helpful and welcoming. The location is close to the city center, 10 mins walking. The breakfast is nice and plentiful.

The room was quite tiny, but we knew that when booking. There were sliding doors to the bathroom, that kept opening all the time.
