The property is in a great location! It's very green and the grounds are well looked after. The room I stayed is big and the hammock is a plus on the balcony! The pousada has a relaxing atmosphere. The swimming pool area is beautiful and the cocktail bar at the beach front is great with attentive service to the guests.The breakfast has a fantastic variety of cold and hot food, great selection of fruits, cakes, bread and cereals. They offer tapioca freshly made and freshly squeezed juices. Dinner is tasty and good value for money. I would love to return to the pousada and stay longer next time.

Location: is very close to the center. Possibility to use the kitchen/fridge. Quiet (besides when the neighbor dog barks at 3am, almost every night). Nice air conditioning in the room. Cheap. You get a towel.

The hostel is located in a dark side alley, no signs to indicate it’s an hostel, can feel sketchy/uncomfortable at night, especially if alone in the hostel. If you need assistance a nice old lady comes but otherwise there is no one in the structure. Rooms are ok but the bathroom wasn’t really clean. Vibe is more like an airbnb than an hostel. I was completely alone for 5 days, left one day earlier for this reason. There are some wood chairs, if you want a confortabile place to seat you have to lay down in the bed. No locker.

The water in the pools had to much chloride. My kids got all green in their headskull. Should be possible to clean them more often instead of only use chloride to this amount.
