We decided to spend half of our vacation here, and half in the Atlantis; it was the best decision. Sandyport Beach Resort is a peaceful, quiet, and cozy place. A place to relax. Beautiful amenities, very cozy vibes, and a few good restaurants near it (don't miss Spritz Wine Bar & Restaurant - sit near open windows to watch turtles, rays, and sharks). Sandy Port has a lot of space to take some nice walks. The lagoon is wonderful, with beautiful colors. The beach is nice and not crowded at all, only a few people usually. If you want a quiet relaxing stay far away from crowds and loud parties, that's it (:

The location is the best on the island, the nearest beach is amazing, Cabbage Beach. There are a lot of restaurants and shops near by. The room was clean, the staff is friendly and polite. The breakfast is good enough. Additional free access to Atlantis and Aquapark was a very good surprise! The hospitality room and the storage room is very helpful and useful. The hotel has everything we needed. The safe in the room is good.

The A/C unit in the room is extremely loud - it's very difficult to sleep with it turned on. It was not possible to take a proper plate and a metal knife to cut fruits - they offered a plastic knife (which was good enough) and no disposal or plastic plates. It's not a big deal, but it was something which I don't quite understand. I hope it was for security reasons. The point is that there weren't any flexibility in offerring of any non-standard solitions to the standard needs. That's fine for a busy hotel, I suppose, because custom sulutions are not scaleable. Not a big deal. The only major concern was a loud A/C unit.

Room was very comfortable with all facilities, they offered us Atlantis pass every day, so we enjoyed most in Atlantis which is next to suits. Room always kept clean every day.

No complaint but minor things need to fixed, entrance to balcony from Room Sliding door locks not working properly, but not an issue. Need to replace towels.

Breakfast was a la carte and very tasty. Was well priced also. Bed was super comfy! Pool was a nice temperature to take a dip in after a long day of sunbathing.

The shuttle driver doesn’t start until 4pm and we weren’t informed, so had to get a taxi from the airport which cost more.

Wonderful experience! We loved every second of it. It's not a hotel, it's a Disneyland (:
