The guesthouse is the best place to stay when you are in San Ignacio. It was the friendliest and greatest place we stayed in Belize. Liza the owner is so nice, helpful and up for an interesting chat. Their stuff is also great and sweet. It was super clean and our room was spacious. They also include a lovely breakfast with fresh bread from the market, delish fruits and (best for me) local coffee. What else can you ask for? Oh yes - the view from the roof is amazing and the city centre where the busses starts is just 6 minutes by foot. Definitely recommend!

The place itself was quite nice, it looked cute and cosy like the pictures and it was silent in the area. The location was good as well as it was more quiet but still close to everything.

The late check-in time and early check-out time. It would have been nice if there could have been more flexibility for this upon communication. Or if we could have just dropped our luggage in the closet and leave. The bed was also very wobbly and noisy so this kept us up at night.

Lovely hostel right on the beach. Big dorm room. Each bed has a fan and outlet which is ideal. Nice bedding too. bathroom and kitchen both great. Can't fault it!

One thing I liked about the property was that it was in a centrally located area making it super easy to find restaurants and other things.

I did not like how outdated it was, rooms smell of wood and it just had no modern aspect to it. For the price I anticipated a bit more. I also did not like that I tried to have people over and they stopped them from going in the pool due to owners that live on the compound prefer privacy.

Staff were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. I loved the private dock and felt very comfortable and relaxed here.

The sound insulation between the below and above units was not great so I could hear the upstairs visitors moving furniture and walking around often. There were also children/a family living next door that would play on my patio/in my hammock and right outside my windows as well as on the private dock that were disruptive at times.
