The guesthouse is the best place to stay when you are in San Ignacio. It was the friendliest and greatest place we stayed in Belize. Liza the owner is so nice, helpful and up for an interesting chat. Their stuff is also great and sweet. It was super clean and our room was spacious. They also include a lovely breakfast with fresh bread from the market, delish fruits and (best for me) local coffee. What else can you ask for? Oh yes - the view from the roof is amazing and the city centre where the busses starts is just 6 minutes by foot. Definitely recommend!

Popeyes was great for us as it was close to the shops and ferry port. The room was private, clean and comfortable. The pool was also very nice and the restaurant opposite, Salty’s was good.

We would have liked a Kettle in our room to make hot drinks, and also we had a slight problem with our air conditioning. It worked but the room never seemed to get very cold. Luckily it worked well enough for us to sleep and the maintenance guy did tweak it for us.

The place itself was quite nice, it looked cute and cosy like the pictures and it was silent in the area. The location was good as well as it was more quiet but still close to everything.

The late check-in time and early check-out time. It would have been nice if there could have been more flexibility for this upon communication. Or if we could have just dropped our luggage in the closet and leave. The bed was also very wobbly and noisy so this kept us up at night.

Lovely hostel right on the beach. Big dorm room. Each bed has a fan and outlet which is ideal. Nice bedding too. bathroom and kitchen both great. Can't fault it!

Great location, staff were so friendly, bikes a bonus, beautiful view from the balcony (we had sea view apartment), chilled vibe - just perfect!

The owner very rude. Reception and stuff non existent , they never clean the room in three nights not even empty trash bin when they ask not to put paper into the toilet . I let you imagine . The shower have no pressure and water come out black . I ask for help to switch room etc they told me I want have better is an island. Then the owner told me to go to a more expensive place but I told him that I met people staying in hostels that they have regular shower he said they have another water system . So was all about excuses . But not accommodating at all reception open 9/5 . If you need toilet paper or something if the bar is open bartender will help otherwise you will go buy at the supermarket .
