Lovely decor and good location, on the quiet side of the Old Town, about 7 mins walk in from the main road. Breakfast was yummy and generous, and Kaka the host was friendly, responsive, understanding and efficient - whether it was helping us coordinate luggage transport from the main road, arranging breakfast each day (and a takeout bag when we had to leave early), or helping us arrange when our group arrived separately. Really appreciate her patience and help especially with my poor mandarin repeating questions! It made the whole process so much smoother and enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well done up, design was lovely and bathroom facilities Do note that the family including two kids (who were really well behaved, we didn’t hear them during our stay) lives downstairs, and there is a tea room and gym on the second floor along with the guest rooms. Each guest room has its own toilet and shower, and a little sitting area. Lots of good food nearby too outside in the Old Town

There was one night when the neighbour was a little chatty at night, but it seemed to be a one-off during our few nights’ stay.

Nice, modern hotel and quiet area. Good location as a base for seeing the city. Major sights easily reached by rental bike, or a 10 min walk from Dongsi underground station, with the airport fast train 2 stops away. Out of the hotel you are immediately in the peaceful hutongs, with interesting bars and shops to be found if you're prepared to explore a bit. My room (6th floor) was clean and well appointed, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast buffet offers a good mix of Chinese and western options.

No complaints with the hotel, I enjoyed my stay. Useful info for some guests - no personal safe in the room. A late change of my travel dates was made complicated by booking.com customer service, but the hotel responded well when contacted directly to resolve it.

Clean room. Relatively close to the airport (30 min drive by shuttle bus with 1 more stop at other hotel). Quiet place. Many small stores and restaurants within 2-5 min walk.

Carpet at the corridor was dirty which makes an impression of dirty hotel. But as mentioned room inside was clean. Poor English at the hotel stuff….like at most places in China. They are all very friendly but with almost no English it is hard to handle simple things.

Big and clean room. Very good breakfasts. Good location, within 5-8min walk from metro station (depends on the traffic lights). Many restaurants close to the hotel.

The laundry room is great but machine labels are all in Chinese with no English instructions. Thankfully housekeeping staff will assist.
