When problems arose there was a friendly and relatively quick response from the lady on the phone who acted professionally. Good garden size to allow outside space. Most areas clean. Easy to get to Oxford, near good food shops and easy drive to river walks. 2 toilets.

Not enough plates, cutlery, bowls (mis match put together), some beds uncomfortable, problems with heating, some soft furnishing needs replacing. Table and chair only for 4 (when it advertises a stay for 7). Sofa only fits 3 (max 4), others have hard chairs. Missing headboards, and moving beds. Front downstairs room should be a lounge not bedroom to give a communal space. Really a 3 bed house made into 4, so don't expect a big enough communal area. Fine if a max of 4, but doesn't really cater for larger numbers comfortably.

Met with freinds doing C2C. Excellent location. Booking really good. Not used booking.com before, usually steer away from online, prefer to speak to a person Very old property, meals excellent, staff really friendly and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

That you can buy your own breakfast as you want and don't have to pay the full breakfast price. Staff are always pleasant. It's a open, comfortable place to stay. Rooms are always spotless and there isn't much noise. Very central.

Nothing. I would stay more often if it was slightly cheaper as I am a single traveller and it is one rate, there are no single room prices. .

Fabulous location to Paddington Station. Lovely sized apartment with everything we needed. Bonus complimentary breakfast was unexpected and appreciated. Very warm and comfortable with the heating.

The floors were very creaky, I hope we didn’t annoy the people below us! The double bed took a bit to get used too only because we have a super king.
