We had a wonderful stay here. Our room was amazing looking out over the harbour and out towards the sea. Everything was perfect. Comfy beds, nice selection of teas, coffee and homemade biscuits in the room. Will definitely stay here again. Staff lovely too. We had a yummy meal In the downstairs bar also. Loved everything.

After booking I needed to upgrade to a double room. I tried numerous times to call the hotel, every time I ended up speaking to someone in America. I gave up.

We weren't told to give our car registration number so consequently we have received a parking notice from Parkingeye. This will cost us £100 if we don't win our appeal – I have told them we were staying in the hotel.
