Great location, 5 mins from train station, and not far to travel to different parts of city , close to metro, friendly staff so welcoming, very clean, spacious and comfortable room , fab breakfast . Would definitely stay again .

Well located, good, clean, comfortable accommodation in spacious rooms. Good parking facilities, restaurant and bar have a good selection of food and drinks. Staff were excellent, approachable, friendly and helpful.

Location was brilliant. We went to Adelfi theatre which was ony a few minutes walk. Also went to Ritz for afternoon tea which was a gift also 30 min walk. Fantastic location

Room was nice and big , didn’t have breakfast .staff very friendly and helpful.

Decor was very old and shabby , stains on carpets and plug sockets across room from bedside ( do realise that this is down to age of hotel tho ) had an adjoining room which unfortunately had people with a dog , who , and the blame is 100% with them let it bark both mornings for up to half an hour around 8.30 am.

We requested an extra large bed and it was confirmed but upon arrival in our room it was not the case. There was no hanging/wadrobe space apart from a few hooks and no safe in the room

Room was very shabby, decking on balcony dangerous, bed was awful. The hotel is being refurbished we should have been made aware of this before we booked and the room should not have been advertised as superior
