The Garden Villa

Positive section of review
The pool was very nice and good temperature. Staff respondse direct and friendly to requests and requests were usually fulfilled. We asked if we could borrow a hair dryer, which was provided. Extra towels, no problem. Broken items were fixed on the spot. Staff assistsed in arranging for motorcycle. A payable laundry service is available with usually only a 1 day turn around time. You can if you want have breakfast, lunch or dinner at the villa and on request they will prepare that for you.

1) No Iron, Hair Dryer or Microwave included. 2) Decoration pillows were not clean and cutlery, plates, glasses and cups were not well presented or stored away. 3) Several items require attention when cleaning 4) House inspection should be conducted when guests have left so room can be made presentable and does not have any broken or missing items. 5) Not all staff could speak or understand English properly and communication between staff could improve.

We loved the hostility, Wayne, and Komang are very friendly. We stayed in a bottom room. The cats are playful and friendly. The upper deck is a beautiful sunset spot. The area is quit. It's a short walk / hike down to Sulaban beach. Beautiful place to watch the surfers and have some great food. Comfy beds and cleaned everyday :)

The owner is super friendly and kind. Helped me book a trip to the islands and offered a free pickup from the airport and breakfast. It's a short 9 min ride by scooter to the city centre, which I could also rent from the place. Great service. Will come again.

Great villa in a great location. Size of the rooms was amazing. Pool was great & was in the shade most of the day so no sunburn. Lots of shops & restaurants in easy walk from the villa. Minnie mart for essentials only 1 minute walk away.

The AC struggled in the big room up stairs, & the room next to it had issue with toilet. Only minor things that could happen anywhere.

Great location, very close to Sanur beach, bars, restaurants. Quite a quiet area of Bali. It was great having our own pool and a separate room for the kids. Breakfast delivered to the villa was great

The breakfast & tv’s could really use an upgrade. We also kept recieving dirty linen & had to ask several times for new towels/bath matts as we didn’t get new ones after the cleaners took our dirty ones.
