Staff was very accommodating, especially due to the elevators, continually unable to read The room cards. It was very frustrating to have to return to the desk repeatedly over several days to have the staff provide new cards with the hope that the elevators would work the technology at the address. Connolly is in great need of help. The food at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff at the restaurant was very accommodating.

Interesting technology in the room, but no information as to how to use it. I suggested they have a small card, indicating what each of the Control buttons mean. Every time I try to turn on the air conditioning, the heat came on, which was frustrating as well.

This is not a big thing, but we couldn't understand why when we came in for breakfast on each morning just after 9, most tables were set up for lunch and we were told we couldn't sit at any tables with glasses, as they were for lunch. Just thought it was a but unusual 🤔
