I really like the concept of CitizenM and the modern facilities they have. It's compact but it does have storage options just enough for the stay. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Easy check-in and check-out process. Using iPad to control the in-room facilities is very intuitive. Walking distance to some popular sites i.e. Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Sant'Ignazio Church etc. Tram route 8 is just downstairs and other public transport options are in easily accessible walking distance.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, stylishly decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed. the highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the excellent service. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, including arranging a taxi service to the airport.

However, it was quite small and the lack of a window in the bathroom made the air feel a bit stuffy.

Great little family run accomodation. Felt very safe here and safe to leave out luggage. They were lovely and arranged some breakfast for us to take with us on our early departure the next day. Good proximity to restaurants. Room actually bigger than it looks in the photo.

Linda and her staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was modern and had a large balcony with a lovely view. The location is great, a short walk from bars, restaurants and shopping.
