The B & B is new, so everything is new, working, clean, very reasonably equipped, so you have everything what you need, spacy enough and tasteful. Good matress, good coffee (and tea) available. The owners are English speaking and ready to help you with everything you need. The breakfest is available during the whole day in a near bar - the basic stuff, one piece of some kind of bread, pizza or pastry, nice coffee, juice. For several days stay good enough - we stayed 4 nights. The location is suitable, walking distance to the Garibaldi station, from where you can go to Pompei, walking distance to the Historical Centre, restaurants and shops in the neigborhood. And safe, Naples being Naples. :-) Btw, extremely cheap clothes shopping in Naples and great food!

You can have some observations concerning the city and its toiletes standard for example, but really no complaints about the accommodation. It is so clean and nice that quite differs from the city.

Very friendly hostess and the rest of the staff. Top location in the countryside, which offers everything you need for relaxation. The owner suggested what is worth seeing in the nearby area.

Nice reception and public area of hotel, the breakfast (good omelette, ham, cheese, coffee, croissants, but no vegetables at all).

The room was not cosy, bed was in the strange place near the door, towel dryer did not work, furniture isn't new. Very far from the centre. I would recommend to book only in case you rent a car. Otherwise you will need to go by bus every day (not less than 30 minutes, it's crowdy). Taxi from S.M.N train station cost 28 euro, and from hotel to train station cost me about 34 euro (!).

Excellent location. The room was beautiful. Very reasonable price considering we were there during the carnival.

Even though we stayed several days, it was never cleaned, which was a let down. Also small things that can easily be fixed but are irritating, like that toilet cover not able to stand open, so it kept falling onto your back when using the toilet seat. Also we never got some extra shampoo and shower gel that we asked.

no elevator, which can be painful to go up a set of stairs with heavy luggages, parking spaces are very tight and distance from the hotel. No curtain in the bathroom which made us very uncomfortable during our stay, neighbours could see us using the bathroom.
