Clean apartment in clean and safe society with kids area to play, my toddler daughter enjoyed a lot in the park. The owner of the property is super responsible and can be reached at any time. Even she booked a cab to the airport for us after midnight as we were unable to do it. Really love this property and highly recommended.

This would be one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in and would come back to stay here whenever I am back in Almaty. The owner of this place is a very kind lady and she also made some amazing chai for us on the first day.

The hotel was super clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The location was excellent .There were many restaurants, cafés, supermarkets nearby. The famous Arbat street was very near. The breakfast was good.

The owner Mr. Konstantin is an extremely helpful person💐💐. The apartment is clean, comfortable, location is nice. Very peaceful neighbourhood. Departmental store is nearby.

Strange noises in the night time 🤔....did not check... maybe from AC.... slightly hot in June.... although it cools when you switch on the AC...the bedroom cot creeks....no lift to caary luggage upto 3rd floor...except for those noises... everything else is justified by the low price they charge👍

The owner of the property was very arrogant. Not helpful at all. The food was the worst.Infact there was nothing. Very limited hot water in that chilling weather. They have only one common bath and toilet for 4 rooms with an occupancy of ten, which was disgusting. Families will have tough time. Will not recommend for Families.
