Amazing staff who were engaging and committed to ensuring our stay was memorable in the best possible way. The al fresco restaurant is built on the riverbank of the Mekong overlooking the surrounding hills - providing a stunning setting for a sunset cocktail or delicious breakfast complete with photo opportunities (NB: there is a retractable roof and fans to provide relief/protection from sun and rain). The hotel closed days after our stay for a quick upgrade of the restaurant facilities. During this break, the staff were about to be treated to 2 nights away in Vang Vieng for a staff get-together by the hotel owners/management - a testament, I think, to their appreciation and recognition of such great staff. Bravo Belle Rive management and staff!

A beautiful resort, tucked back on the edge of the Nam Song River, providing an oasis to return to after a day of adventure and activities in the stunning surrounding villages, hills and water features of Vang Vieng. The property is beautifully maintained, with fantastic views from our balcony room. The staff, especially in the restaurant, were all so friendly, stopping whatever they were doing to acknowledge us personally on every arrival and departure from the restaurant! (A special mention to Kid, whose friendly attentiveness was endless). Highly recommend this upmarket resort.

The owner was super nice and friendly, and prepared a delicious breakfast for us every morning with the biggest smile! Super helpful to organise stuff too. The room was clean, big spacious, and the terrace/balcony was lovely too with a very nice river view. Absolutely recommend

- The hotel owner was very nice and spoke excellent English. She arranged renting a moped for us as well as day trips which were all good - The room was spacious and the bed was comfy - Breakfast was good - Very central only a short walk to some good restaurants

I love the people in this hostel. They are really friendly and enthusiasitc. The owner that helped me so lot when I stay in there. And it has the balcony on the upper with many sunlight. The room and toilet is clean.

Fantastic, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast and a good location. There’s a nice central socialising area, but the vibe is lowkey and the room are nice and quiet. Highly recommend!

Well located & clean. Value for money is ok. If you are staying just 2 nights like we did, it does what it is supposed to. Don’t expect too much and you’ll be fine!

I don't know if I could open the window, but sometimes the room smelled like "it was closed for a long time." Some noises after 10 pm. This is not a negative criticism, these are points for improvement.

I didn't like about the Shuttle Service when I was booking I request the Shuttle van to pick me up at the airport when I arrived and that is the main reason I book this Hotel just because it's closer airport and free shuttle but somehow when I arrived there is no one were there and I call the hotel they told me to wait for and wait call again he told me the same thing wait there someone will be there I was waiting from 7:30pm until 8:30pm I just give up after call 3 times so I have to pay my own money to get there Taxi cost me 100,000 Kit just short trip , I think it bad service
