Best Riad in town! We love our stay here. The staff and service were super friendly, obliging and always had really good recommendations for everything we asked for. The Riad is perfectly located if you want to visit the souks, Jemaa El-Fnaa and all the other sightseeings. But even if it is central, as soon as you enter the Riad, it is quite and peaceful. The rooftop terrace offers comfy seats and sofas. It's perfect for a nap in the afternoon and offers a view over the city by night. Breakfast was lovely and everything was perfectly clean! We definitely will come back.

One of the best experiences we could have had as a family was this trip. Yassine's attention is INCOMPARABLE, always attentive to any request. The apartment is impeccable, SUPER spacious and with several environments, it is much more than feeling at home. In addition, it is close to the Medina, but at the same time in a very elegant area and away from the disaster that the square represents, and with a huge pool that after walking at 30 degrees of temperature was perfect to cool down. We will surely return.

-the panoramic view -the balcony is big -the location is perfect. You need a car. -security outside/ it’s very save -outside the appartement is very clean -1 pool has a paronamic view. Very nice - it’s very quiet -household appliances in the kitchen -underground garage - 2 bathrooms -feels like home

-when we arrived at the appartement the people who where there before us smoked in the appartement so the smell of cigarrets maked me sick the first days. A lot of people smoke there. Be aware if you go there with childeren. We bought some products so that the smell went away. It took 5 days. -appartement need some maintenance in both bathrooms

The riad is very close to the jemaa el fna, the host was really nice to us, always asking if everything was ok, he arrange us the transfer from the airport. We felt like we were staying at a home. Close to the center but in a calming street.

The breakfast was easy to reserve in advance. It was a basic breakfast but included just enough to get you on your day. It also is served in wonderful seating all around the Riad.

I will warn people that it can get a little loud - but its totally worth it for the location. I always keep earplugs with me so I didn't have a single problem.

Bit shabby. Impossible to find parking for motorcycle. Really hidden access so I had a nightmare 2 hrs riding around medina looking for the hidden access.
