Nice modern apartment complex with heaps of facilities... Location is excellent if you don't want to be in the middle of the hussle and bussle but be only a short distance away. Apartment is nice and clean. Simple furnishings and everything is in working order. Perfect for a short stay Staff were very responsive and overall fantastic... Very friendly and helpful.

For a longer stay, a little more kitchen equipment, cleaning and bathroom supplies are necessary. However we just purchased these ourselves and it wasn't a big deal. For a shorter stay this would be an issue.

location is not far from city centre yet able to enjoy view of mountains and padi fields and nature. No blockages.

unit occupied displayed undesirable hygiene and cleanliness level . Previous occupants dropped snacks in between crevices of sofa was found . wash basin and toiletries holder looked like it hasn’t been cleaned for ages. noticed dent on pillow and wondered if the bedding was even changed. One of the pillow cases was torn. All these made us skeptical about using their bath towels which looked very worn. If staying more than one night will definitely move to other properties.

No Aircond for 3 Rooms and living area, due to weather it’s too hot even at night . Bed and sofa need to service. The bed at spring cause body pain.
