WIFI was poor, signal dropped multiple times, I unplugged - switched of and reset. Dishwasher keeps running, cant switch off. i had to force open and keep open.

Requested house keeping to clean the room on the first night at 7:15pm. They did not do it. That’s even after leaving a large tip with another staff member to make sure it’s done. So the next day I asked the housekeeping to do the cleaning between 11:30 and 1pm. I then went to the front desk and mentioned it to them. The lovely lady at the front desk made sure it happened.
