Denis House is perfectly located close to Plaza de Armas de Iquitos. 5 minutes walking distance to the central tourist area overlooking the Amazon River. From Denis House everywhere is in the city easily accessible by motor taxi. The building is new and very modern. Exceptionally clean with a swimming pool on one of the roof roof terrace. A higher terrace gives a 360 degree view of the entire city and the vastness of the Amazon. The manager of Denis House, Elizabeth is very kind and helpful with any enquires regarding the property or any questions that made my stay in Iquitos feel like I was at home. I will look forward to staying here again when I return to Peru. Thank you to all at Denis House.

Everything! The lodge was incredible and Cesar and his family were the most lovely people we met in Peru. I couldn’t imagine how special and nice it’s gonna be - although I read it in comments before. But when we were there we felt it. And it was definitely one of the most impressive 2 days of my life and for sure the best 2 days of our 3 week Peru trip. The lodge has everything you can image for a room on a floating island- and Cesar’s meals were just so so good & made with so much love. Thank you Cesar for introducing us into your culture. We appreciate this forever 🫶

Our Stay at Atoq was just amazing! We had the really perfect time there. Room was nice, breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and nice and we absolutely enjoyed the outsdide area. It has an amazing vibe to sit on the terrace with the pool, garden, and the lovely seaview. Because you also look to the national parc on the other sid of the sea and this is just unique. We even saw dophins swimming in the sea while we had breakfast - it was just amazing. Thank you for everything (also the most comfy bed!).

Fantastic friendly staff and a great location. Helped us with booking tours and even ensured breakfast was provided before leaving early for tours. Able to accommodate dietary restrictions at breakfast and provide avocado instead of egg.

Some fruit at breakfast would have been appreciated. A floor towel for the shower would also have been useful.

Breakfast was provided for the hike. All in. Juice, fruit, crossaint und a bar. The receptionist is very nice and explained a lot. Nice small hostel. All in. WLAN good and included.
