This hotel is amazing! It really exceeded our expectations. The room was lovely and cosy, super comfy bed, even had a tablet that controlled everything in the room including lights, do not disturb, tv and checking out of the room! We didn’t get to use the spa facilities this time but they sounded fantastic! Especially loved the bakery that was in the hotel, the best pastries and iced tea. The location of this hotel was fab, nice little walk into the old town and plenty of local shops and restaurants around the area. I can’t actually fault this hotel! Staff were lovely and welcoming as well.

The location is perfect, behind the city but not far, just 7 min by car to the centre. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are nice, reactive and helpful. Breakfast was nice, it had a nice variety. The hotel is bordering a botanic garden giving an extra freshness to the air. The hotel has a nice garden where you can enjoy quiet time with fresh air, or listen to music or even work. Big free parking.

Beds have really small pillows, the hotel needs to double them in the rooms, or replace them with bigger ones. In the toilet there was no rag. The AC didn't have a remote control, we had to ask for it, however it didn't bother us much as we liked the fresh air from the window.

The owners are very accommodating and friendly. They make sure that all of us feel comfortable and feel at home in their place. They offered us a ride to the airport which is an extra mile for them to do for their guests.

A very nice hotel. A pretty and spacious room with comfy beds and pillows. Everything was clean. Breakfast was very good. Complimentary drinks (apple, water) in the room were a nice touch. Friendly staff.

The balcony was not cleaned. There are very few accessories (only soap, a couple of towels). The price, in my opinion, does not match the quality of the hotel. There is no air conditioning in the room.

15 min to the old city and 12 min to themain train station by a walk, the bus stop nearby. It's big clean room, with tea/coffee set and a kettle. The personnel is nice. The bed was comfy. Really tasty and fresh breakfasts and has a garden, which is nice during warm morning

I asked for 2 separate weeks in advance, and even though my request was approved, I got a double bed. The restaurant was in the other hotel on the opposite side of the road, it's so tiny and guests of 3 hotels breakfast there, the peak hour is at 8am, and it's really overcrowded, and only 2 poor girls work there, who tried their best to handle everything.
