location just excellent. 5 minutes to get to the old town of Krakow. we loved the room - it was a family suite, very spacious. we forgot to ask for a baby cot, but it was brought to our room immediately. staff were very kind. we had a fruit plate waiting for us in the room, and a welcome letter - very kind.

Good location for spending time in Zakopane and hike in Tatra. Very close to hiking trails, grocery, bus stop also nearby, free parking and great view from the window and a small balcony. There is also a big well equipped kitchen and dining room in the common area.

Great location, the mall right across the street, really close to most of places of interest. 2-bedroom family rooms is a great solution for the families with kids. Good breakfasts, waffle maker is an awesome idea.

The room was soooo old. The sink in the bathroom was brown not because of dirt but because of its age, in the shower the water was barely going, carpet is old and dirty with lots of spots, furniture was so ugly that we preferred not to open it mostly. I was really upset with this room cos on the picture they show the same room but after renovation and with good furniture. I won't come back to this hotel because for this price there are better options.

The room and facilities were excellent: very comfortable and clean. Clearly this property is managed by a team or family who care for the place as if it were their own home. Highly recommended!

It might have been nice to have a night lamp near the bed, especially as I was staying on a top bunk bed and had to go down the ladder to turn the main light on and off.
