Hotel is new and location is excellent. Near khaosan and other streets. Everything is near by. Room was so spacious and clean. A/C working great. Bed was very comfortable. Staff is really nice, especially the boys working in evening time. Kenny the evening receptionist is such a lovely and genuine guy. When I came back to the hotel al night time, i would just hang with him and drink a beer. The vibe was just 10/10.

There was no fridge in the room, but everything you want is near by, so it was not really a problem.

Infinity is a bit off the beaten track and some way from the beach, but relatively quiet. The pool area is nice enough but the rooms are deceptively small. We’d booked the Honeymoon Suite but you couldn’t tell. There was none of the decoration shown in the photos which was perhaps symptomatic of the underwhelming lack of effort by some of the staff.

The room had no wardrobe space and bizarrely, a sliding door shared between the shower and toilet, which resulted in an obvious lack of privacy. Food and drink at the hotel including the mini bar was all overpriced and the balcony unusable in the evening because of the smell of cannabis smoke.

We had a great time, next to the harmony beach club for the halfmoon party, next to the beach, a cheap Thai restaurant, scooter rental and 7/11 - we couldn’t wish for more as there is also a pool. Just great, also the staff is lovely. We will come back!

If you are a couple who is dating for less than one year, you should avoid this hotel, simply because the toilet/bathroom is separated by only a curtain and you can hear everything😄 The water in the pool was cloudy and kind of ruined the attractiveness of the rooftop. The concierge/hotel porter insisted several times to take our luggage and even after repeating multiple times I do not want him to take my bag, he still took my bag off my hands. Felt like being robbed. Yes, I know they hunt for tips, but I should be able to make a choice. You cant just grab people’s luggage from their hands!! Gave a good tip in a previous hotel, just because they asked politely. Items from the breakfast (specifically bacon and ham)looked like they were cooked the day before, didn’t really look fresh. The area where the hotel is located is not the best (the old city). We would recommend you, if staying Bangkok, to research the best neighborhoods for a stay.
